I've stayed here a few times for business. The service is excellent, the breakfast buffet is very very good. The rooms are hit or miss, but I've been very satisfied overall. Great value !!!..

The rear bldg. seems isolated and a bit rundown. Not a lot of room frills and the plumbing needs attention; faucet handles, shower pressure. Ice machine only on 1st floor. No access to stairway from exterior. Elevators were very slow. Parking seemed expensive with the surplus of spaces.
Maid service and room service were prompt. I would only recommend for main building.

Staff is the best. They are extremely friendly and tried to accommodate all my needs. The renovated room was nice except for the smell of orange. (Must be a cleaner that housekeeping useshorrible) I liked having a fridge and I like central AC versus below the window unit. I also found the food to be delicious. Room service was amazingly fast and friendly. Weird for a hotel that they don't lock the outside doors so anybody can roam the halls.

I was quoted 169.00 for one night. If I wanted breakfast, the revised price became 191.00 for the 3 of us. When I received by bill that was slipped under the door, the new price was 231.00 and change. I was told that I had to pay for parking $12.00 and occupancy tax, another $26.46 charge. I will not be back to the Air-Tel, I feel they took advantage of me. Room was nice and food was good, but price for one nightquite excessive. I will be looking for accommodations elsewhere next time.

Very clean, spacious. Friendly faces on check in and at Clippers Cafe. Great view. The on-site cafe is full service offering 3-shot lattes and the usual cafe fare with breakfast options as well saving an eight-minute drive to Starbucks. It is directly beside an airport. This is noted for those who book things in a hurry and don't check out location; the planes are noisy of course. That said, Airtel Plaza Hotel gets five star for cleanliness and staff, cafe, pool, fitness room and, during sleep hours, very quiet. A huge thank you to all staff.

I soon as we got to the hotel, representative was professional and provided good service. Room was clean and food was good. Good breakfast and dinner. Excellent parking. Never had any problem even when we stayed at the hotel last year. Just excellent Hotel to stay. I will recommend to my friends and families. I give it a 10.

Beautiful rooms, bar and place in general. The rooms as sound proof enough not to hear the planes taking off but you can see them from your window. Great stiff drinks too. Amazing comfy beds are always a plus!

Had a great time here, staff was super nice and accommodates everything. I needed a microwave and the guy at the desk microwaved my food for me. Totally awesome. Bar was great and burgers are definitely a great. Pool and hot tub were also pretty awesome. Thanks

The staff was great! Everybody was super friendly. The parking lot was a hassle when you need to go in and out. You need a new parking validation card each time. I didn't appreciate that I had to go to the front desk every time I needed to leave.
The room was clean and spacious but not fancy. It was pretty standard for a $130.00 room. I paid $175.00 with taxes etc. Too high for what I got and the area. There was only coffee in the room but I am a tea drinker. The coffee cups also did not have lids, which was is a little annoying if you are on the go. I think for the price they can spring for coffee cups with lids and tea packets. The bar and restaurant were clean and nice. The facilities are nicer and more upscale than the rooms.

The room I received initially smelled terribly of chemicals. The front quickly gave me a new room, starting the smell was probably the new carpeting, which is likely. The room I got next had a loud a/c unit, banging every time it shut off all night long. The rooms were clean, and large, modern work mediocre internet service. The fitness center was functional, and the hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The outside of the hotel looks terrible, there are black stains on the walls. The outside is definitely not as nice as the inside.

Had a good overnight stay. Bed was comfortable. Upon arrival to the room, found the room smelled of cigarette smoke (ordered a non smoking room) and the a.c. was not cooling (lucky for us it was nice outside and the windows cracked open). Spoke with the front desk about the two issues with the room, they apologized and offered to move my wife and I to another room. For us it wasn't a huge deal, but the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, but I think I would opt for a suite, to see how they are.

I stayed here with a couple of friends this past weekend and the hotel was nice. Our room was nice and spacious. Even though the hotel sits on the take off strip of the airport, the planes are not that loud and stop around 10pm. The only problem that we had was that we wanted to extend our stay and the hotel employees would not give us the rate that we had paid from the last two nights. Other than that, the stay was nice. It was also in a decent location.
