This is a hit and miss place. Sometimes the food is great, other times it sucks. Today was between the 2. Wings on Top were fresh wings on bottom were dried out and tough. Fries were soggy on top and burnt on bottom. Never the same each time you go in. Eastern hills is more consistent.

Duffs is always a hit! The wings are flavorful and I can get them exactly how I like them. This is a great place for kids too, even the pickiest eater loves the kids menu choices.

Duffs is one of the best places to get your wings. Although the variety of different sauces is small, they make up for in the flavors each sauce. Each sauce is hot and flavorful. Wings are cooked well and are saucy. Definitely a sports bar atmosphere thanks to all the TVs hanging around each booth.

Really good wings but not the best. Don't be fooled by their sauce statements, if you want hot, get hot. Great service and the food is top notch fresh.

Great Buffalo wings. This might not be the inventor or even the first location of Duff's but it's so close to the airport you can get here without issue.

These wings were cooked to perfection, at least in my taste. And it's sauces for it's wings can range from mild to incredibly hot. It's fun to eat here, and getting hot sauce all over your hands and fingers is one of the true factors in knowing that you have had a good wing. And plus, they aren't skimpy on the sauce, and i believe if you get hotter than medium, they put the wings exess sauce in a bowl, thus giving you MUCH more sauce than most joints.

Excellent service. I don't eat wings out because I can never get a good crispy wing that is fully cooked. I tried one of my husband's since he ordered wings and was delightfully surprised. The wings here are incredible. I ordered the shrimp basket. That was good too, nice and crispy and a lot of shrimp, I think I had a dozen or close too it! Will definitely eat here when we come back to Buffalo!

These wings were cooked to perfection. The place was clean and well put together. The service could've been better. I had the medium hot and spicy BBQ. The fries needed some seasoning of some sort.

Wing neat was very dry on this visit for dinner. Otherwise, nearly perfect crisp on skin. Taste of medium light was also what you'd expect given the prominent warnings of heat to actual taste. Ordered 20 and stopped at 11 because I just was wasn't finding good meat.

Great wings. One of the few places I prefer regular wings over boneless because they're excellent. I live in Syracuse but whenever we visit Buffalo I make a point of hitting Duff's.

There are many Duff's in the area but this one is my favorite. It's central location make it an easy place for friends to meet up. The restaurant is big so even though it's packed with people, it feels open. The bar in the middle provides drinks as well as sports updates. This is my go-to Duff's location and I can't wait to try out the patio this summer.

This is a place you go if you're looking for wings only. The service is fast and the wings are good. BUT! If you're looking for elegance this is not a place you want to be. I'm Giving it 4 stars only because as far as cleanliness goes, they are hugely lacking in that area. The atmosphere is equivalent to a dirty bar. And ladies do not, I repeat do NOT! wear anything nice. You will smell like fried foods when you walk out of this place for the rest of the night. Jeans and a t-shirt, nothing more.

Really great wings with great atmosphere. Buffalo's best wings, served right here. They handled a walk in party of 20 very well. Very happy with service.

Service was wonderful. Food was great. But the end of the meal left me wanting. No joke, their moist towelette products have really taken a downturn. I don't know if it's cost cutting or buying products that are biodegradable (in that case, I retract my review), but after 1 LIGHT use and I was holding a fish net. I got a lot because I guess the quantity was meant to make up (back to the biodegradable point), but nonetheless I used to only need one. Again, food was good and service was attentive and friendly. Moist towelettes? Absolute booty.
