Late check-in was a breeze, indoor covered parking was very convenient. Especially since it was raining the first 2 days. The air conditioner works this time. Our stay in one INN in Santa Fe had an air conditioning issue. Still half way in our vacation but we are ENJOYING our stay and will make DRURY INN our favorite for long time.

Excellent middle-range place to stay. Breakfast is included (although has a somewhat institutional flavor, as one would expect). Included also are early evening cocktails and snacks. Comfy rooms, too.

The Drury Inn has been our choice hotel when we stay in San Antonio. This will be our 7th stay and every time has been as great as the last. Front desk staff has always been pleasant and helpful, the rooms and common areas are always clean. Some things I really like about this hotel is: 1) There is a parking garage for your vehicles instead of a parking lot, 2) Proximity to shops and entertainment is great! Something to do in all directions 3) our stay this time included a "kick back" which included the hotel providing mixed drinks and snacks between 5:30pm - 7:00pm 4) this hotel has the option for a terrace connected to your room which we have always taken advantage of bc we love the view 5) and the bathrooms are always large and the shampoo, conditioner and body was is always stocked in the shower instead of tiny little bottles that only last 1 day. Overall great stay, I always recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

We have stayed here multiple times for different work trainings! This hotel is great and the staff couldn't be better! This time is the first time we have stayed with our one year old and they been so friendly and helpful. The woman who was cleaning couldn't have been nicer when I asked for a bag for our room to put our trash in and wanted to help any way that she could. Special shout out to one of the managers (I think) named Delores she visited with me and took interest in my son while my husband was at his work training and we went down stairs for a drink. I couldn't be any happier with this hotel and their staff I'll almost be sad to head back home lol! These people need raises if they aren't being paid well.

Great hotel does get busy on the weekend! Room was great had enough room for 5 people and was clean! Did not care for the low water use toilet as it took many flushes to clean it out!

Also will say the breakfast was really lame. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal also waffles. Not saying that is a bad line up but the same menu day after day! Same thing goes for there 5:30 kickback same menu each day tacos, baked potato, nachos and hot dogs. Last time I stayed at the Drury inn when I was in Chicago the meals change every day!

Over all great time other then the food and not being able to use the pool because there where 500 kids in it.

This was an excellent stay! The indoor pool was very clean and inviting. It also wasn't crowded either, which was pretty nice. Free breakfast and dinner What else do you need? The rooms were standard and were very nice. We will be back because we really enjoyed ourselves, thank you!

Very friendly staff, wonderful amenities and slow elevators.

I was really impressed with the Drury Inn. The staff were prompt and courteous and make a priority on guest comfort over business which was refreshing.

There is an on site multilevel parking structure, an applebees restaurant and great access to shuttles. They have free drinks between 5:30 and 7pm (max 3) and a wonderful hot breakfast.

Pool, shaded balcony, workout facilities and laundry services on site.

This review comes almost a year late. But as I was planning for my upcoming birthday I was reminded of the unfortunate events that occurred the previous year. My husband and I planned a weekend at this lovely hotel but on Saturday we received a call that our Holly, our beautiful dog of 16 years, was being rushed to the Vet. So we left in a hurry and tried to explain to the front desk our situation as best we could. By the time we made it to the vet, our Holly had passed. It was a devastating blow. In moments like this a refund of a hotel stay isn't really important but some kind words would have been nice. All I received from the hotel was, I'll have to speak to a manager. The hotel is nice, but I suppose I may have expected some sort of empathy for the situation.

Great service and food. Easy to get in and out of. Close to everything. Fair price. I say all this while staying a week with 3 kids. Great place to stay with family.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms and restrooms with plenty of space. Dinner and drinks cant beat it for the price. Definitely suggest that you give it a try.

The staff were very attentive to my needs. The free breakfast and free dinner was pretty good. The free assortment of wine and mixed drinks was nice to take up and hang out on the terrace. I stayed with a group of friends for a week so we would either run the trail or swim laps in the indoor pool. Only relaxed in the jacuzzi once. I did have one major complaint! While walking down the halls you can see all the way through people's rooms through the reflection on the shiny floors. You can see if someone gets out of bed and walks to their TV from down the hall. I put a towel at the bottom of my door.

Just returned from a stay at this awesome place. We arrived very early on Saturday morning. Upon arriving in San Antonio, we called and asked about early check in. They did not have anything but told us to check on arrival. About an hour later, we arrived at hotel. I explained what we were there for, why we needed early check in, and explained that the event was very important to us. Not only did they give us early check in, they upgraded us. There was an assistant general manager who explained every detail of the hotel to us. I saw him much later in the evening and he was still working. I saw him when picking up my vehicle from valet, and he still remembered me. I cannot think of one critique that i have of this place. The happy hour and the breakfast are both awesome. Every employee was polite, generous, and ready to serve. I will definitely return here in the future.

The parking garage is nice to provide a bit more security to your vehicle, but it is a bit tight to maneuver inside and you do need to check in before you can enter parking garage via room key. The location is perfect for access to I10 southbound/east and not too bad for 1604 or turning around to northbound i10. Convenient to la Cantera, the rim, and six flags. Breakfast and kickback are both great features as well as popcorn available in the lobby. I had pretty minimal interaction with staff but it went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable. View was nice from the 11th floor. Floors 1 to 5, or maybe 6, are dedicated to common areas and parking garage so you'll have some kind of view wherever you are.
