This was my first time staying at this location and the overall service was great, but they also went above and beyond.
This trip has included the first major snowfall in the area and the staff took it upon themselves to go out and clean off as many cars as they could. I am a diamond Hilton member, so am slightly biased, but have to say that no hotel I have ever stayed at, outside of a resort, has ever provided me that type of service. Thank you to the staff for doing this as it is truly appreciated!response / report this review -

Hotel is in a great location - easy pickup and drop off if you are having someone stay here from out of town as it's about 10 minutes away from the airport. Rooms are clean and very spacious. There's a very nice indoor pool and there is also a bar in the lobby area. There are plenty of event spaces and the dining room is staffed for breakfast lunch and dinner. Double Tree hotels are always great and this one is no exception.

The Double tree has upgraded there lobby and I am beyond in disbelief. It's amazing, breathtaking, they definitely put some good money and effort into this. It looks great as well as the service, the food all around greatness of this hotel.

This place has a beautiful atrium inside with a pool in a corner of the lobby. The rooms inside the hotel face the lobby and there is a huge glass wall overlooking the city. The place is beautiful inside and the view is excellent from the upper stories. Plus it's close to a lot of places to eat and shop. The worst thing about this place is the glass elevator. I swear, it has to be the slowest elevator in New York. It's almost torturous waiting for it to come and get you and then take you to the main floor. That may not seem bad, but I was there when a hockey league was and I had to stop in every floor to pick up more and more teenagers with all their giant bags of gear. Standing in a crowded elevator is much worse when the elevator is slow. Still, beautiful hotel.

The room is tastefully decorated. My only complaint would be that the toilet seat is showing signs of wear; this made me feel like the bathroom wasn't clean.
If you're looking for a meal during your stay bring plenty of money. I felt the restaurant/bar was a little pricey for what you get.

Unbelievably amazing. Great open atmosphere, indoor pool, friendly staff. The beds are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Not to mention FREE warm and soft cookies at the front desk. Truly a great place to stay.

It's a unique hotel with pretty much anything one might need. I've attended a wedding reception there, which was planned out very carefully, and went very smoothly. Customer service was at it's 100%, the staff was quick, kind and welcoming. The rooms were pristine, providing an ultimate level of comfort. Job well done Double Tree!

Staff is friendly and inviting. Renovations are completed from last year and look very nice. Rooms are cleaning large and comfortable. The only complaints are the chlorine smell in the first and second floor from the pool. And the trouble that I had getting towels before 9 a.m. because housekeeping was not in. However as soon as they came in they did bring up towels. Otherwise my stay with exceptional and I would definitely come back.

Nice and clean. Recently renovated. Great pool and bar. A nice place to spend the evening while on a business trip. Also the breakfast bar is really awesome.

This property is getting an upgrade as I visit. The staff are very nice and accommodating. That said the lobby and common area is under renovation. The hotel has a distinct odor. I declined my firs room as it smelled like cat. The second room was better but still had a bit of an odd smell. Last for this review if you plan to use the fitness room it is enclosed in the common area behind the bar. The treadmills are up against the wall so a tad unnerving.

We go to a convention there, so this was our thirds stay. Hotel is clean, people are polite. It has a nice layout, with the pool and the drapes in the atrium.

Beautiful room with a couch, coffee maker, very clean and well decorated, gorgeous bathroom. The lobby is like a greenhouse with plants everywhere giving it a jungle feel, great seating in the lobby. The pool is heated and has sweeping sails over the top and they've provided good privacy for it being in the lobby. The fitness center has all the essentials and the staff were wonderfully helpful. They're doing construction on the bistro right now so they gave me headphones to wear while in the lobby. I wish all of my hotels were this beautiful and accommodating:)

Attended a seminar in one of the ballrooms. I had never been here before. This is a very beautiful hotel. The decorating is modern and cost. The atrium is stunning with multilevel seating and an attractive bar.

The pool is smaller but nice. Plenty of seating EVERYWHERE. Staff is friendly! Bartender does a nice job. I think the sliding glass doors is a cute thing but not practical. Honestly it looked to be getting remodeled not in the wires having around you way but new flooring and walls.. I love the way it's turning but up where the rooms are the carpet is ugly! Also finding the elevator takes a minute because there are so many plants it's not clear you have to walk into through the whole building to get to the one elevator. But I would stay here again!!
