Went there on a recommendation 12/1/17. The atmosphere was fun and quaint. Our service was pretty decent. There are no chips or salsa as an appetizer which is nice touch. My Chimichanga was ok but it was dry. No option for soft, only fried. It came with fried rice only and just a tiny amount of sour cream on top. Queso or refried beans would be a nice addition. But the thing that did it for me to not return, was the restroom. It (toilet in particular) was disgusting and definitely had not seen a cleaning in a very long time. Turned my stomach. Sorry. Will not return.

Great food and better drink, if you go you gotta try the Smokehouse cocktail it's absolutely delicious. Cool atmosphere and kinda cozy. Knocked a star off cause the food is kinda pricey (albeit still delicious) but if money is not a huge concern then 5 stars for sure.

They also have a happy hour with specials on margaritas and beer.

A staple of Park Ave. Come on a beautiful day, and enjoy Latin food and drinks at an outdoor table. Dorado is one of my favorite places to go in Rochester!

This place is practically a hole in the wall, very cramped inside, but nice sidewalk seating is available in good weather. The location on Park Ave is perfect, and the food is fantastic! Some of the best Mexican food I've had, and usually quick service even when busy. Always a highlight of Park Ave Fest for us as well.

Dorado is a nice restourant. However, 1 of my 3 tacos came cold and watery. The trio was decent. Not a fan of their corn chips. The staff is great and can handles volume well.

Great little Mexican fusion restaurant and bar. Menu is not extensive but everything we've had during multiple visits has been very good! The food is presented beautifully. House margaritas are a good value and good down smooth! Watch it though! Two or three rounds of drinks can easily cost more than your food! We've sat outside on cafe seating each time so I can't comment on the inside.

Fantastic food, the Dorado sauce is amazing! Get the empanadas on Monday night, best in town! It's a very small place though, but if you avoid the dinner rush it's not a problem.
