Xc ski trails are a great winter activity. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Price is low, will continue to enjoy the skiing as long as there is snow

Go each falls for 2 nights and 3 days of golf. Accommodations are a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food is above average for a public course. Golf course is well maintained. Love the layout!

I run a golf league and we've been having our year end banquet at Byrncliff for many years. Every year Byrncliff has been very accommodating. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food and drink is great.
The course itself is in great shape every year. The layout of the course is a bit hilly and difficult but a welcomed challenge.
I cannot stay enough good things about this place.

Love it here. Friday night dinner comes with buffet. It's a casual place but the views are amazing. They have great banquet facilities and pool and mini golf. Along with a full sized golf course.

I have heard from multiple people that this resort is gross but I wanted to give it a change and unfortunately had a terrible experience. As soon as we walked into room 210 we noticed it smelled very moldy and musty! There were spiders and flies on the ceiling and also dead flies in the bedding. The sheets were yellow and the furniture and floors were stained. We did not feel comfortable staying there so we left late at night and dropped the key off. We called and left a message immediatly stating our experience in hopes we would get a call in the morning about a refund. We did not get the refund we were hoping for and we're disappointed due to the inconvenience. This place is also way overpriced for such outdated and smelly rooms.

The course was beautiful and very well kept. In certain parts of the course you could see for miles . Loved the challenge of this course and will definitely come back alot more in the future

This course is beautiful. Very picturesque with lots of rolling hills, trees, and water. It also has a number of holes with blind shots. For someone who has never played the course this makes it very difficult because good placement of shots is a priority. The greens are fair. We putted on a practice green before the round and found it to be fast. Once we started playing the greens were much slower and several could use some maintenance. What really detracted from the entire round was the slowness of play. 5 hours and 40 minutes is ridiculous. All in all this course would not be high on my list of courses I would want to play again.

Great place. We have a yearly trip to silver lake and we always play a round at Byrncliff with a fairly large group every Memorial Day weekend.The staff is great and very accommodating to us. Prices are very fair and the course is always in great shape and a lot of fun. The bar is very unique almost feels like a hunting lodge and is the perfect place for a round after a round. Can't wait to come back.
