The arrangement was perfect and delivered quickly. The flowers lasted a long time. I will definitely use this florist again for flower deliveries in the Geneva area.

Beautiful arrangements but the owner is extremely difficult to work with. Pressures clients to get extra flowers here and there despite listening to their plans. Being in customer service is about listening to your clients and not making snarky comments about what a bride and groom choose to do on their wedding day.

As we are quarantined and can’t visit our family like we want. Sending a message that they are loved is so important. Don’s own flower shops did an awesome job. They help us pick out a beautiful fruit/snack basket with all mom and grandmas favorites they added in truffles for grandma and chips for mom. They went above and beyond to make sure it was special for them. They were so happy to get their basket. Thank you so much.

Don't order from Don's if you would like your gift to be a surprise. It is their policy to call the recipient, not the person ordering, to verify that someone is present to accept delivery. Also, they included a pricing flyer for Mother's Day in a Mother's Day gift. Not well done, will not be ordering from them again.

My dad passed on May 2, 2017. We went to Don's to pick out flowers. I specifically told them that I wanted red, orange, and lime green colors in the arrangement. She showed me what lime green flowers would be in the arrangement. When I arrived at the funeral home I was very disappointed in the arrangementsThey had spray painted white flowers green unlike what they had originally shown me. I called and told them how disappointed I was. She said they ran out of the lime green that she had shown me and that is why they spray painted the flowers. Wouldn't you have called before spray painting the flowers for such an occasionVery disappointing in a very sad time in our lives!!!! Not to mention the plant baskets that were sent and the baskets falling apart with half dead flowers!

I had such an amazing experience with Don's Own planning a bridal shower from the west coast can be challenging but these guys not only made it happen but made it happen last minute, quickly & beautifully for me. Vicky was a DREAM to work with so responsive & so helpful doing above & beyond things every step of the way to help me. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for florals for any special event in their life, you will not regret it!

In my experience in other places, I've felt that supporting local business can often be more of a good will gesture than a better purchase value, compared to your favorite web store and delivery driver. But sometimes local stores are surprising, and when that happens it's pretty great for everybody and don't we all wish for more honest local shopping. Don's own is a nice store, you can wander quietly; nice people and nice service in the wings if you want them, for about the same price you'd pay on line. Don's flowers lasted longer, and I handed them my own card to deliver with them. You can't do that on the internet yet, can you?

I ordered flowers and candy for my sick girlfriend @ 9:30 am. I paid extra to have them delivered within 4 hours. I got home at 6:00pm still no flowers. I called the place I ordered them from and they said they had been marked as delivered and forgot about. I was told the owner would personally deliver them by 8:00pm along with an apology. She called my girlfriend for directions to the house. There goes the suprise. Then showed up at 8:45pm with no apology, and the chocolates I paid $10.00 for had a sticker price of $4.25- my girlfriend caught that. Even worse, we woke up this morning and they are already starting to die.

I had the pleasure of working with Vicky, one of the owners of Don’s Own for my wedding in August. I can’t tell you how absolutely thrilled I was with their services. They covered absolutely every detail, and fulfilled everything I could possibly need on my wedding day. Vicky came early on the wedding day to deliver the flowers before the ceremony and the flowers themselves were absolutely STUNNING. When I first called, I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, and she helped me pick out flowers that would look nice together based on our color scheme and overall feeling of the wedding. I had a semi-casual summer wedding, and the flowers were a huge hit. When people see wedding pictures, they comment about the flowers before anything else including dress or cake!! I had called the shop many times while planning and each person I spoke with was kind and pleasant to me. I would highly recommend Don’s Own for any flower needs!

OMG! I had a wedding reception at geneva on the lake, but even a location like that could never of been as beautiful with out the flowers from their shop. I couldnt believe how vicky made my dream wedding come. if you are planning a wedding in upstate NY I totally recomend her. Meghan 08
