Absolutely fantastic! Took a ring that means the world to me to be sized and to have a prong fixed. They also did an appraisal for me. Great prices. Friendly staff. My ring looks amazing! Will definitely be back!

Great, friendly service and quality products unlike some chain stores. I went to Doerner originally for my wife's engagement ring in 2019. I've returned ever since when a special occasion calls for a jewelery gift. I should also mention how they bailed me out with a last minute gift when I may otherwise could've been trouble with the wife..They helped order a beautiful claddagh ring and expedited it to get it to me next day! Did I mention Kathy's the best?

Love this group of people. Very helpful, and understanding. I have had unfortunate circumstances at points in my life, as we all have, and chose to pawn the same 3 pieces a few times. I was gifted a beautiful amethyst and wanted it made into a necklace. Given that the amethyst was "rough" I thought maybe it could be wrapped. Doerner did a great job designing and wrapping the stone. It is lovely and I wear it with pride. Creative team with a true love for jewelry and stones.
