Huge fan of Sally, and of Moriki!! I got my engagement ring in March, and there was some issues with it (not the stores fault,) but when time to order my wedding band I was nervous! Came in on a Saturday, and Sally was a delight -- so very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After I picked out the wedding band it was ordered. Unfortunately, it was too small so I was able to come in the next day after picking up, and was able to sit down with Moriki and talk about sizing and solder the two rings together. Since my wedding band technically didn't go with my oval ring he spent extra time making sure he would solder it exactly how I wanted, and showed me how it would turn out -- MY RING IS PERFECT! So very impressed with both of their customer service skills, and knowledge. They are now my two go to people for jewelry! Thank you both so much!

Great customer care, that endures through the years. Not your average jewelry store. They strive to please more than any other place we have shopped. My engagement ring was bought here 30 years ago and when our daughter got engaged, this is where we headed. They carry something to please in all price ranges, too.

John has been awesome to my family. I purchased my wedding ring from John, knew nothing about jewelry and John took the time to explain all of the different options which allowed me to make the most informed decision. It was such a pleasure working with Jim and Tami at Jack Lewis. I had a custom wedding band made for my engagement ring and it turned out perfect!!! Jim kept me in the loop throughout the entire process sending me pictures and making sure I was happy. I went in to have them look at my wedding ring while pregnant and ended up having to get it cut off. They cut it off for no charge and told me to return when everything was back to normal. It was resized and fixed to look like new and the staff was very professional and friendly and took great care of my ring! I'm very happy with my experience there!

Excellent service and experience!! The staff was great! They offered helpful advice and knowledge about diamonds and engagement rings which made choosing the right ring a relaxing and fun experience! They didn't try to get to go out of my budget and were upfront and honest about everything. I highly recommend them.
