  My Personal experience was out standingKevin and the owner treated me with so much respect and demonstrated a passion for my crisis in needI was in a bad jam with my rent and other billsthey was so understanding and extended themselves to the point of really understanding my situation as common people of Americait's difficult to fine such warm hearted business men such as themI recommend them to any person who look to do business with honest men such as them who not only take the time to listen to you and understand your situationbut also do everything that they could to see that once you walk way from them, you will feel pleasant about the business transactionI personally, have developed such a relationship with good honest business men at McCain lean County Exchange.

  Had a great experience in the store! Lots to choose from. Mike and Kevin were super helpful! They got me setup with what I was looking for price wise and helped me find exactly what I wanted! They even let me try on the beautiful jewelry. So much fun! This place is GREAT! if you haven't been here, you should definitely check it out! I'll definitely be going back to visit these guys!

  Owner was very rude. All he does is tell lies don't believe anything he says. I will NEVER go back there and it smelled sooooo bad in there.

  Mclean County Exchange is a fantastic place to do business! All of the employees are friendly, treat you with respect, and explain the pricing to you so you can feel comfortable with what you are buying or selling. The quality of products in their store and in display are top notch and very easy to find what you are looking for in the store. They greet you as you walk in, they like to get to know their clients and work with people in regards to payments or purchases. I would recommend mclean County exchange to anyone and everyone!

  My wife was charged extra money despite what was on our pawn ticket, then the item was held for ransom until we paid.
  This man will not give you the best price. He's a ripoff artist. Do yourself a favor don't go here. There is another place that's honest in town.
