These people are thieves ! I had them build a engagement ring for me so I picked the crown and band then the diamond . After going through lose diamonds for a hour I picked a almost flawless diamond except for one inclusion on the side which would be hidden under a prong and after a week it was all done and I went to pick it up. the crown was yellow gold and the band was white gold and they swapped out the diamond for a way lesser quality diamond and inclusions all over it . So I pointed it out that the band and crown where different colors and that the diamond wasn't the one I picked and I kept the map of the diamond to prove it ! They back tracked and tried blaming me for the mix up ! So after a long yelling session they told me that the sold my ring to someone else by accident and the ring they tried selling me was something they had in a drawer . But here's the kicker they wanted to charge me for taking the diamond off the crown !

Recently bought an engagement ring from Fey & Co and I couldn't be happier! The customer service is fantastic. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and throughout the whole ring buying process (even though I had no idea what I was doing to start). They will assist you any way they can and will keep doing so, even after you take your jewelry home. The ring itself is beautiful and well crafted. They make sure what they give you will last a lifetime. I'm not shopping anywhere else from now on.

Fantastic family owned jewelry shop that cares about their customers. From watch repairs to ring repairs and resizing to beautiful custom jewelry, there is nowhere else to patronize in my opinion.

Very Clean and professional. I bring all my watches here to get Serviced. Very few authorized Rolex service centers in the Chicagoland area. I wouldn't trust my Rolexs with anyone else!

Just purchased an engagement at Fey and Co in Naperville and can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my experience.
After showing Ed a few examples of what I wanted he was able to custom design a ring and have it shipped to my home in less than 2 weeks.
The end product is beautiful and VERY well received by my fiance.
The quality of both the stones and craftsmanship were outstanding after dreading ring shopping for months the overall experience was very enjoyable.
We'll be back to purchase our bands in the near future.

This is a very difficult store to get in and out of. From the south you need to make a left turn into the store's driveway which is only 20 feet from the intersection of Ogden Ave. *Very* dangerous left turn. You would be better off coming from the west and making a right turn into the place before you get to Washington St. When you leave, I hope you want to head south or east as those are the only options.
Not wheelchair or stroller friendly. There is a curb between the door and the parking lot. To avoid the curb you need to go out to the sidewalk on Washington. That's a scary sidewalk that is only set back a few inches from Washington Street.response / report this review
