Best jewelers in Bourbonnais. I've been going to Andaul's for years. They have a great selection of jewelry and do a great job fixing up watches. Great customer service and plenty to offer.

I have been going to Andaul's for several years now, and have never had an experience that was less than exceptional. They've restored and repaired jewelry I already owned or had gotten from somewhere else, and they even helped me create custom earrings for my sister's wedding with literally 24 hours to do it. They have always gone above and beyond; the staff is kind and respectful, and really listens to what you are asking for. It's not a yes or no place like some of the bigger chain stores. Not only have they always been able to accommodate my requests, but they've usually been able to offer more than one solution and in different price brackets so that I could get exactly what I needed at the price I could afford. I have yet to find better pricing, turnaround times, or customer service anywhere else.

They scammed me and my girl friend, we gave them a diamond wedding band and engagement ring and they gave us two hundred dollars and two crappy watches that dont even keep time, ive never ever had a watch that doesn't keep time ever in my life
