He is moving to Memphis, closing soon. His son owns and operates Little Docs quite a bit higher pricing.

The owner was a rip-off .Robbed Black's of there antiques bought for cheap when they were worth more than what he paid for them .Hope the rest of the family isn't anything like him .Not a good place to buy anything

They're moving to Tennessee. They were helpful in directing me through what was still there, but most things are already packed.

Super cool place in you are in to antiques and architectural pieces. The owner was very friendly as opposed to some other reviews that I read.

Very weird area very ghetto, pretty much a small poorly maintained salvage\JUNK yard basically nothing of value, looks like a pile of gutted junk homes

I absolutly have never seen such a unprofessional businessman. I sooke to hime on multiple items to purchase, however his prices are not as high as his unbelieveable ego I truly believe he is only in business to cator to the super rich, since the prices he gave me were much higher than anything was actually worth.

I took him a similar item to one of the things I asked to purchase, and the price he gave me was $7! Seriously! The price he wanted me to pay for the other item was $830! I ended up giving a young couple a great deal on it through craigslist for $250.. They were ecstatic!

Please do everyone a favor by letting the bottom fall out of this market.. Do not give into this trash to treasure market Buy From elsewhere!

This place is must visit. You need a couple hours to make it through the whole place. If you go on a Saturday, you will be welcomed with donuts. I have always had very positive experiences with regard to prices and negotiating, so it is unfortunate that the person who clearly did not had a bad experience. In fact, I've not really had to negotiate, the prices were spot on and I'm not a big spender. It's a wonderlandseriously. Just go!
