I had heard the food was wonderful. We had been to Kennedy Space Center and went out of our way to go. We were given our drinks then ignored. 2-3 other tables after us were able to order. Our waiter Mike/Michael watched us a table of six get up and leave and never said a word.

Order whatever else you want, but also order the broiled rock shrimp. They are out-of-this-world delicious! The cheese grits are pretty good, too, as is the grilled catfish. Worth the drive from Orlando or Daytona. Very good service, clean, pretty convenient to/from interstate. Definitely a great place to eat!

The food and staff were amazing. I'd never eaten rock shrimp (which is best broiled!) So my server (Jessica) kindly instructed me on how to peel the shells. The restaurant was very clean and open. Definitely going again.

One of our favorite places to eat when visiting this part of the state! Great atmosphere, friendly service, great food, and reasonable prices. Here a couple of pics, first is what we call the Dixie Corn Fritter hush puppies. Not sure what they are actually called. They are delicious!

The second is a picture of the clam strip basket and 1/2 dozen coconut shrimp. Both are delicious, I recommend using the Dario Pepper sauce for your clam strips. It is a sweet spicy sauce that compliments the clam strips.

Also if you are a bacon fan, try the bacon wrapped shrimp!!!

Always take visiting family and friends for corn fritters and rock shrimp! Rock shrimp season is a great and I have a hard time finding rock shrimp throughout the county even to fix at home! Scallops and regular shrimp are good. Service is always as quick as they can get people in and out. Don’t miss at least once in your visit to Florida!

We live in Tennessee and were looking forward to some seafood while in town. We were told this was the place to go. The menu seemed fine, pretty much what we were looking for. But when we got our food, we were sadly disappointed. I ordered a broiled seafood combo (shrimp, scallops, and rock shrimp). This came rather tepid. The quantity was fine, but the temperature was not "just broiled". The butter that came with it wasn't real. I'm not sure what it was, but it was not butter, butter will solidify at some point and this did not ever even get a little white and creamy. My grits had a chemically, almost bleachy taste to them. My wife wasn't happy with her meal either. Unfortunately we waited until our last night to go out for seafood and didn't have an opportunity to have a real seafood dinner.

A wonderful experience from the beginning with enjoying the beautiful fish and turtles. Then the best service I have ever had. Our server(Melissa) was professional and friendly. The general manager(Clay) came to our table and introduced himself(wow!) The food was outstanding!

Waitress was super friendly, positive and helpful. The best thing on the menu was the free Corn Fritters which tasted like beignets. The food was hot and fresh but flavor was just "OK". Rated a 4 for great service, fish pond and turtle watching. A 3 for food. Better seafood a few miles south in Cocoa Beach.

The best food ever. Our waitress was extremely helpful and polite. Our meals were as good as we had hoped after reading other reviews. We will definitely stop in again.

This place is arguably my favorite restaurant in Florida. Every time I pass by and can't stop it causes a sort of distress. The best thing here, without a doubt, is the ROCK SHRIMP. You can get them fried, in garlic butter or just plain. I love them so much - I could eat a whole table full. There's a take out window, so you don't have to invest the time in a sit down meal. I've eaten many a rock shrimp, buttery and greasy and all, on the road driving both north and south on I-95. Don't drive by without stopping. There are some other things that are good on the menu, but call to make sure there's rock shrimp. Even if there isn't, it's still one of the better places to stop at. The hush puppy things with the corn inside are also not to be missed. Just go.

Amazing, fresh seafood! You definitely get what you pay for. Also, instead of having bread baskets, they bring out little fried fritters! To die for! I almost filled up entirely on those. They have a really warm and friendly atmosphere, nice for families. They're bathrooms are also very clean.

    Update 4/22/2017
Stopped in here for dinnercalled ahead for seating and they got us in no problem! Food and service was outstanding againthis place never fails to deliver. Tried the alligator bites entree (which I never had before) it was exceptional with cheese grits (incredible) & slaw. There is something called bayou sauce they serve with the gator which was also exceptional! See new photos for full update.

Been coming here for 20+ yearsevery visit there is something that is new and something that is very familiar about this place which I REALLY appreciate. The quality over all these years hasn't wavered and neither has the service. It's such a solid seafood restaurant offering. Don't pass this one up!
