The problem with these reviews is that you are pressured into writing something about the office while you are in the treatment room for your 4 to 6 week healing check. What I find interesting is that they Telly you 4-to 6 months to see results.
I had a Brest lift with implants on the recommendation of Dr Ortega and Lucy her treatment coordinator.
I had a major weight loss and my Brest were sagging. During my consultation I expressed over and over that my goal was to be able to go without a bra and not to have to wear an underwire bra all the time. My Brest were already a 34dd I was not looking for bigger.
During my consultation the Dr and Lucy suggested placing implants to give me a fuller round look. I was reluctant because I knew that would mean buying bigger bras. It would also make my surgery 4,000.00 more expensive. But they were the professional and I trusted their opinion.
When the surgery was completed my Brest were perfect they were more than I imagined absolutely beautiful. By my 6 week post op check they were starting to droop. Dr Ortega pulled out my previous pictures and showed me that in fact I did get an improved result. I explained I didn’t have the fullness I was promised and that the implants looked like they were falling. They reassured me that this would be as bad as it would get. ( mind you I still had a tummy tuck, lipo and a legg lift to do) .
It’s been 3 months and my Brest are touching my stomach again. I am deeply disappointed. I am making another appointment with Dr. Ortega to try and follow up again.
I’ve been reluctant to call because of a problem with a financial miscommunication I had with Lucy.
Long story short over pricing I explained to her she told me one thing over the phone and emailed it to me as I was paying for my next surgery Lipo, and she did everything but call me a liar before reading and checking her notes. When I left the office I was in tears. I called Lucy and explained I wanted to cancel the surgery due to the price quote( difference of 1000.00 but it was the point and I had a lot more surgery to do). Only for her to tx me after the fact and say that I was correct on the fee.
People make mistakes every day we are all human. But it was how she made me feel like I was a liar.
When I called Heather to get a refund on my surgery (the manager)on a Thursday didn’t receive a call from her till the following Tuesday she had the same poor professionalism personality like she was doing me a favor and never once tried to fix the problem and make it rite by trying to keep the patient.
To sum it up, never judge a book by its cover. The big beautiful building and the water fall as you walk in the front door was bought and paid for. The people inside are there to take your money. This is all true.
What this practice lacks is integrity and the ability to retain patients for a life time.
I will write another review to follow up on my next visit with the Dr. at this point I feel life I was over sold on the best inplants. They should have never put them in I am convinced that they are what is causing the sagging.response / report this review -

From the moment I met Dr. Ortega, I was reassured that my decision to undergo a breast reduction was the right decision and that she was the right surgeon to do it. From my first visit to today, I have no regrets and am thrilled at the outcome.
I never felt rushed by Dr. Ortega, as so often happens with a physician's time, She was attentive to my personal opinions while being professional giving attention to every detail.response / report this review -

My experience with Dr Ortega was exceptional. I am so thankful to have put my trust in Dr Ortega and her skills. My results from my breast augmentation shows what a dedicated and experienced surgeon she is. Dr Ortega and her staff were amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

It's hard to even put into words how pleased I am with my experience and cosmetic results. Dr Ortega and her amazing team made my experience everything I had hoped for. I felt so comfortable and Dr. Ortega definitely put me at ease. I researched several doctors and the procedures they performed. I knew from my initial consultation I had made the right choice. I can't thank her enough.
