SPCA Organization is a DISGUST. Thsy are not about the animals anymore. They are disgusting money hungry scumbags. They are not here for the community anymore. My 8yr old dog was diagnosed w/ pyometra (which is a fatal disease w/o surgery). Blood work, xrays, rabies shot, 1 antibiotic $402.00. They did prescribe 2 antibiotics but was charging $126.00 and publix has it for $46.00 (can u say rip off?).Surgery which needed to be done immediately was going to be another $750.00 which i just didn't have. They told me the situation was emergency and she needed the surgery right now. I asked as I'm balling my eyes out can they work with me. I'm already paying the $400 just for the visit. I was told no. And left with my dog who was gonna just go home and die. I cried the rest of he night and next day started making calls. At 4:30pm I found a vet in Palm Bay who got on the phone w/ me and told me to get my dog down there now, that we will figure the money out later. She was supposed to get off at 5pm. Not only did she not worry that i didnt have enough money she stayed way late to take care of my dog. 2 days later spca called asking how she was doing and told me some donations came in. I said thats ok, i found a vet who cares about the animal not the money. Oh and the surgery only cost $300 at this office in Palm Bay. SPCA was gonna charge $750.00 and they claim to be low cost. Dr Chavez and Katrina were amazingly nice. I will say that, wish i could say the same for the orginaztion they work for. I donate money a few times a year to them. Not anymore. Never againDON'T take your animal there if its major. Call another vet.PLEASE

The staff here couldn't have been more understanding or patient. They truly have gone above and beyond for us! Thank you Dr. Chavez and Katrina!!

They always treat my dad and his dog well. The dog likes the people that work there and she is an old grumpy dog that dislikes most people.

This facility is very clean and well appointed. I have volunteered here for spay/neuter clinic and was very impressed by the facility. We are fortunate to have them in our community.

Super staff! Good care. Usually much more reasonably priced than some vets in town. Charged us a reduced office visit fee when they couldn't help other than refer us to an animal eye specialist.
