The AC stoped working I had to ask for more blankets and pillows when we got here because the two little pillows we had and throw blanket were super thin I would have never picked this hotel last time I let my husband make a decision no stars

There should be 10 stars. Luis is amazing and has awesome customer service skills. Everyone I have dealt with their has been so sweet. The room is so much more than you would expect. I will definitely stay here again.

I would give this no stars staff extremely rude and don't care about people only money we called to make sure they had a room open they said yes then when we got there they asked how many nights we said one because we are escaping a hurricane and don't know how long we can stay in Orlando. She responded by telling us they are closed. Most likely so they could book somebody for more nights. Then two other familys walked in after us and checked in. Absolutely sickening. No regard for human life in an emergency situation. Lied for profit.

Having nice time. Rooms are nice . Customer service is great. Continental breakfast is early for me 6:30 to 9:30. Wish it ended at 10:30.

Service and complimentary breakfast menu were great. Room was a bit small. Twin share beds. Air conditioning unit was blowing directly on one of the bed along side. The windows. Didn' t sleep in that bed at all. All 5 of us slept on one bed not next to the air conditioning unit.

I am here today they have on their website free breakfast when u get the breakfast which is now 6:30 to 9:30 Now you have to have a voucher so they turn me around talkin bout the rating of my room in which i paid $68 for a night doesnt allow free breakfast my first time ever hearing that

This hotel has clean rooms, no smoking, and quiet. No people hanging around outside rooms, that I saw, but I was out and about. Staff was friendly and free continental breakfast during stay. My only problem was the sulfur smell whenever you use the water there, bathroom is small, and they only give you 1 bathcloth. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

The place is beautiful, friendly staff, always clean, the continental breakfast is amazing, I stay there every time that I go on vacation with my family!!!
