I had waited in line for 40 minutes before being helped, but that is because they were VERY busy which is a good sign! Once I got in, It only took 40 minutes to complete my new tires, rotation, and flat tire repair. Kevin was super helpful and he remembered me from a few days prior when I came in! Great service!

Great customer service! I had a unique situation with my car and I worked with Kim Young, I believe was his name, and he was great at listening to my issue and coming up with a solution that worked for me and was more cost effective than my original plan. He was fast, friendly and very communicative.

I've been purchasing tires from here for over 10 years. They have reasonable prices, and a massive selection. They fix most flats for free. I've even purchased ATV tires from them. I ended up with a small bead air leak on an ATV tire, and they reseated it for free! Seem to always have helpful staff.

I have been going her for a very long time. The reason is the sales people were always very respectful and polite.
Today I met a class A jerk who was very rude.I was not able to even complete a sentence he just talked right over me and had no idea what I was saying. I finally had it and went down the street to Belle tire, sorry guys it's been wonderful doing business with you until today. Bye.response / report this review -

Got in a mishap on 131 & 28th St. Idiot driver smashed my fender on utility trailer. Limped along 28th and Kevin not only sold me the tire but installed it too. Don't see how it could have went quicker, made a bad day much better. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is awesome. Dustin and Nicole did an outstanding work as I watched them putting new tires in the front of my car they also cleaned the other tires. Young has great attitude when I got there . thank you so much discount tire team for the great service I highly recommend this place if you want Excellent service and great deals.

If it were up to my husband, this would have no stars. We spent $500 to replace two of our tires, as well as an extra $40 just in hardware. As they go to rotate them, they snap off a lug bolt - which, by the way, the guy trying to do it took a breaker bar and bounced on it with his full weight, using the vehicle for support. Yes, my husband saw you even though you tried to hide it - and inform us that they don't have the tools to fix it and that we will have to go else where and pay for someone else to do it.
To get this straight: you break things on our vehicle, but we have to pay more money as well as drive with a vehicle that isn't entirely safe to do it? After we watched your boy play Tarzan on the side of my Jeep?
Oh but don't worry, they aren't going to charge us AGAIN for the tire rotation that they were supposed to do anyways. I've worked customer service for years and anyone who says this is great "service" can't see past fast talking and big smiles.
Hard to believe a TIRE place doesn't have the tools to fix a lug bolt or know how to use penetrating oil. I also worked for an auto parts place and know enough to see through this B.S.response / report this review -

I arrived at this location after being sent because the previous store did not have my size tire in stock. They called ahead and sent me to Kevin, who had my tire pulled up front by the time I arrived. He thoroughly went through all necessary information and made sure I understood (free rotations, replacement, air checks, etc). He was patient and humerus - he even pulled my car right up to the door when it was done! The best part: I payed less than $8 for the new tire due to road hazard insurance. Immediate service and was out in under 20 minutes.

I had two tires go out on me at the same time. As frustrating as that was, I brought them in and Kevin Hamilton, the assistant manager, went above and beyond from the moment I stepped in the door! On a Saturday morning, what I'm​ sure is one of their busiest times, he was able to have both tires replaced and ready for me in about an hour. The best part, they were both covered under the road hazard protection plan and all I had to do was pay $16 a tire to cover the new tires with the same plan! Again, above and beyond service and professionalism throughout the entire experience. A big thanks to Kevin and the team for making what was a very frustrating situation into a minor inconvenience. Very much appreciated and I highly recommend this Discount Tire location above others in the GR area.

I went to Discount Tire today (4-18-17) and was more than happy with my experience.
Customer Service: Earl is the representative who served me. He showed me what options would work for my car, the different treads and sizes, and all the pricing info. The best part about Earl was that he didn't force anything on me. When I said all I could afford was the basic, he rang me out for the basic. Too many places now and days push you to buy what you cannot afford or do not want. I was more than impressed with all the information he knew and how we could both laugh on how bad my tires were.
Time: Earl had told me that they were completely booked for the day, but that if I came in ASAP he could fit me in. I came in ASAP and he told me it could take up to 1 hr and 15 minutes. Not 45 minutes later I had gotten the phone call that it was done. Their workers there do good work, fast.
Work: My tires look great and my car has never felt better on the road!

They do great work, are friendly, and have competitive prices. The only thing I wish they would improve on is honoring your appointment time if you made one. This would be really helpful when you stop by at busier times of the day.

I have their tires on my old Hyundai. I drove in to this shop a couple of days ago just to have the tires inflated. "Pedro" helped me, and even at the end of a long, cold and snowy day he was very cheerful, helpful and courteous. Thank you Discount Tire and Merry Christmas to you, Pedro!
