Very busy, line to door for almost four hours straight. Employees kept all customers calm and cared for. Well done guys. They even sing while they work, somebody is doing something right, amazing!

Gave me an amazing deal on a set of new tires that I actually needed. They pointed out to me exactly why I needed them and explained to me clearly what my options were for new ones. Very courteous employees and free coffee or water while you wait. I'll go back again for sure if/when I have any further tire needs.

I love this place. Prices are good, financing option is good. My only complaint is how long we have to wait. If I was alone, I would be fine but with little kids 20 minutes can feel like a lifetime. If the place was a little more family-friendly I would give it 5 stars.

Completely disgusted! They put the new tire on wrong side. Instead of replacing the tire w barbs showing they replaced and threw out a decent one and tried to say it was my fault. To be fair they did give me half price for new one when I went back but I wouldn't have needed it if they did their job right the first time and both times they broke my door handle off and never said a word, then the manager Kyle tried saying it was already broke. It was not! This place doesn't care about quality control at all. I will never spend another dime there and I will continue to tell others about this terrible experience!!

I'm going today and it's a bit far for me and Kyle said he would give me a 50 dollar rebate with a gas card for the trip over there and also gave me 150 dollars off the tire because he really wanted my business! So I'll be coming back again for sure!

Only place I trust with my tires. Great service, and they are very trustworthy. My one complaint is that they never seem to have enough people working at the customer service desk. I've had to wait a while to get service. But when they are not busy, they are very very quick

Had a tire replaced last night under warranty, come out this morning to go to work and the brand new tire is flat. I call them and they tell me they can't get me in today to fix it, that they can set up an appointment for tomorrow, or I can just swing in and they will get to it when they can, in the mean time I can only drive my car if I'm willing to keep putting air in the tire every 2 seconds. Absolutely horrible customer service, not one iota of concern that they made a mistake, and no desire what-so-ever to make it right. This will be the last time I use discount tire.

This is the most friendly group I've ever come into contact with. They were professional and attentive. The service was a little slow but they helped me and didn't try to push me to buy new tires, worked to fix the old one. I would definitely go back!

Patched the hole in the tire I had bought from them previously, for free. Comfortable waiting chairs, free coffee for customers (wish I'd thought to bring my own travel mug in, as I don't care for the provided styrofoam.)
Although the business was very, very busy, the employees kept me updated on the progress of my repair. I imagine they all went home and collapsed at the end of that day!
My only complaint would be the lack of stock at the location. No new tires were available to fit my vehicle if the hole had been unable to be fixed, meaning they would have lost a sale.response / report this review -

Went to discount tire to see about having a nail pulled from one of my tires, the staff where very nice and helpful. didnt take to long to get the car into the bay on a Saturday afternoon and after they inspected the tires they found a couple more screws in my tires and where able to patch them all up. best part they didnt charge me a dime. Im a discount tire person for life now.. great place to go for friendly knowledgeable staff with good prices.

Great experience! Got my tires replaced and one popped a week later because of a nail, they repaired it at no charge. I wish they had bigger coffee straws, I wasn't able to fully burn my mouth on the coffee with their tiny straws

Brandon was awesome! Made sure we were safe on the road and well taken care of within just a matter of minutes! These guys have great customer service and hustle to make sure they don't waste the customer's time or money! Don't go anywhere else!

Awesome place. Not going to lie I spent over 5 hours waiting but it was well worth it. They fixed my rim and replaced my tire for $60. I was told by other places that my rim couldn't be fixed. Good job Discount Tire and thanks for having a positive and friendly staff!
