Just purchased a brand new 2-18 Prius C. Their customer service is above and beyond what I expected to receive from anyone, let alone a car dealership! They answered all my questions and made my first new car purchase a breeze. They made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase after I had told them my budget.
They didn't try to up sell me into something I didn't want. They listened, and provide options within the specifications that I listed.
10/10 would buy from again.
(Though, I hope that's not anytime soon!!)

My experience at Jordan was the absolute best being that my salesman was Shawndel Gordon! He definitely got me into a vehicle I love for a price I love as well! Thank you so much Shawndel. Jordan is definitely the way to go!

My wife and I were in a position where we needed to get into a new (used) vehicle relatively quickly. Shawndel Gordon was our sales representative and he was outstanding to work with. He kept to his word / commitments, was responsive, and extremely kind an helpful through the entire process. We ended up buying a 2016 F150 at a fair price. I would recommend Jordan Automotive Group to a friend or family member. I would even recommend they ask for Shawndel.

I had an excellent experience. Finally a car dealer that does not pressure the customers to make a purchase. No price negotiation and the prices of the car are at market value. My sales person Dan Miner was courteous and very patient with all our questions. The financing process went very smooth as well. Definitely not a traditional dealer experience. I recommend to everyone.

My wife and I bought a used pickup truck from Jordan Automotive a couple of months ago. It was one of their Budget Vehicles and our salesperson was Shawndel Gordon. We were very pleased with the experience and with the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Jordan Auto Group and Shawndel, and, though I hope I don't need to buy another vehicle for a long time, I'm planning to go to Jordan when I do. I feel like we got a good price on a quality, used truck. The truck was inspected before we bought it and is in good shape for a truck that old (2006). It had really good miles for a truck of its age and I was very pleased with the financing that we got for a truck this old. Overall really happy with the experience. I hate car shopping and Jordan made it much better than other experiences I've had.

My wife and I just purchased a new Toyota Camry and we were both extremely happy with the service we received from everyone. Dan Miner was our salesman and we would both recommend him to anyone. Dan explained every step of the process very well, from the trade-in value of our car to the final cost of the camry. I bought a 2008 corolla brand new from here and currently have 185,000 miles on it. Only cost with the corolla in 9 years has been for tires, brakes, battery, and normal maintenance. I'm still on the original clutch. Toyota is the way to go and Jordan Toyota is a great dealership.

Our salesperson Wendi Burns was very accommodating . She was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle. When I asked about the price of a new headlight, she got on the phone and called the body shop and found out the price of a new light and labor cost to replace it.
When we went over to the delivery center, Atlantis helped us with all of our paperwork and finished the process with a smile.
Overall, our Jordan Auto Group experience was stress-free and we will definitely be back when it's time to purchase a new car.response / report this review -

Had an awesome experience at Jordan over the past few days! Bought a used car from Jacob Alexander and can't say enough about the professional atmosphere and the transparency that he provided. I met a lot of the Jordan family throughout the process and have to say that they all made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. I strongly recommend stopping by to browse some cars or enjoy the awesome massage chair they have! Thanks again !

Wendi was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and was eager to help me find the right car for me. She was patient and I will come back to her whenever I need another car. Also, I will tell all in my circle how great everyone was at Jordan. I love that there is no pressure and no bickering about price. Great job, Wendi and everyone! I love my new car!!!!! My husband and I have had such a great experience car buying at Jordan Ford! We originally bought my husband's car there and they really worked with us to put us in the car we wanted!! When it came time for me to get a bigger vehicle, we knew where to go. We worked with Shawndell, he helped us with our new car and he did not disappoint when I bought mine. We have recommended them to friends and family (two of which have bought a car there because of our suggestion) and they loved their experience as well. I LOVE my Ford Edge and we will never car shop anywhere else.

The rear glass hinge on my 2002 explorer broke & was hanging on with the other bent hinge. After tying it back up to secure it I took it to Jordan and the price of the part was extremely high but labor was reasonable. I asked if I brought in my own part would they fix it. They said as long as the part was comparable & had all the hardware. I found and took it to them & they had it fixed the same day! Thank you all for your fast, honest & quality work
