Performed great service at a great price. Went above and beyond in all aspects of customer service, including cleaning my car both inside and out prior to me picking it up. Kept me up-to-date on service being performed with text messages throughout the day. I would highly recommend for any service on your vehicle.

Service was good work was done in a timely manor. Truck was detailed and ready for me to pick up the only reason for the 4 stars was they left the broken damage plastic that was in the back of the truck from the accident. I would take my vehicle to them for repair again.

I brought my car in with a dented fender, which was so badly damaged I couldn't open my passenger door. They had my car for a few days, during which I had a loaner to drive free of charge. I brought the car back expecting to see my car in working condition. It was beyond that by leaps and bounds. They fixed the damaged fender, including the scratches and chipped paint on the door which was a side effect of the dent. Not only that, but the inside of my car was cleaner than I've had it since I drove it off the lot 5 years ago. They organized all my things and put them into a cardboard box neatly, vacuumed the floors, and wiped all surfaces clean.

They not only did a fantastic job with the repair and cleaning, but Greg Goodrich (the man who helped me) was extremely professional and helpful. There is nowhere else I plan to bring my car for maintenance again. This shop just earned a new customer.

We've easily spent 6K-8K in repairs to our 4-5 vehicles over the years. You see we have 7 children (several in college now) and I am maintaining a fleet. Without a doubt, the staff at Greenville Car Care Center are honest, skilled, and attentive. They always are eager to explain options, help me in a bind. For example, I once tried to replace the wheel bearings on my Suburban and after studying it a bit I realized I was getting over my head. I asked if they would do the labor but use a wheel bearing assembly I bought from Amazon. No problem. A year ago I needed to replace the fuel injectors on my Suburban, and found a set of GM original parts for 1/4 the price from another supplier. They did not balk, nor dismiss the solution. They knew I had a problem to solve, not a lot of extra $$, and they want to help. They are honest about advising repairs that could be done, but not clear if they should be done. We've been a customer (more like a friend now) for 5+ years. I will personally recommend to anyone considering this business- send me an email. They are that good!
