I worked with Todd Tobin to purchase my first ever brand new vehicle!! I'd always purchased used cars in the past. I knew exactly what I wanted and Todd found it for me - he even brought it to me for a test drive! He helped make the whole experience very positive and continued to answer questions that came up as I learned how technology works on a modern car.:)

Tod Tobin from Borgman Ford fixed me up with a deluxe Ford F150 pickup truck. I am now officially the coolest kid on the block. I was very particular about what I wanted, and Tod found exactly the vehicle for me, and treated me well with none of the hostile back and forth that is typical of the car business. I've had two service visits for simple oil changes, and I plan on having the Borgman team provide all of my future service. My treatment was so good, I referred by brother-in-law to Borgman, where he also bought a new F150. Bravo!

I worked with Tod Tobin who helped me through the selection and lease process. Everything went very smoothly, and I love my car! My 84 year old mom needed a new car too. Tod even came to her home miles out of his way to talk with her initially and then again to deliver the car. I highly recommend them!!

Wonderful staff they take care of you well. I have bought two used vehicles from Jonathan Levanduski in the past few years. The knowledge and service I have got from the staff has been top notch. Even when things don’t go just perfect for me they make it right and do everything possible to make sure you leave happy. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Start at Borgman and leave Happy!!

Awesome dealership! Just purchased a new truck from them and everything went great. Very responsive to my questions. Service department is great too! Cant complain about free coffee and movie while you wait.

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape from James Sluiter. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I were thrilled to be making a big purchase that was also very enjoyable because of the staff. James was easy going, humble, and not pushy about anything. He asked questions, he didn't try to lead us into something we didn't want he focused on understanding what we were looking for and then provided just that and only that. He followed up appropriately and even after we purchased the car he followed up just to see how we were liking it and if we had any additional questions about the car after owning it for a couple days. In my opinion, he was a class act and just the type of guy I would prefer to buy something from. I will definitely check with him for cars in the future before going to anybody or any place else. He actually works out of the Mazda show room so if you are ever at Borgman go over there and ask for James I can assure you he will take care of you.

I've been a customer of Borgman Ford for about a year. I started out buying a used car and have since been back for routine upkeep on my car and one mechanical issue.
When I went to buy the car the used car department was not pushy at all when I was looking which I've dealt with in the past. They were very friendly and helpful when I had questions and didn't try to oversell any features they just helped me understand them.
My first service was complimentary with my car purchase and having a full inspection of the vehicle helped me find some preventive issues that I was able to get out in front of before they became a major mechanical repair, and my wait time while they serviced my car was very short.
When I did have a mechanical failure they were out of courtesy vehicles but the salesmen I bought my car from was able to let me use one of their sale cars for the day. Once they had another vehicle back in to lend me I brought the sale car back and started using the courtesy vehicle. They made sure I understood I was free to use it as my own and they kept me informed as they worked on my car.
I have no intentions of going anywhere else for service or future car purchases.response / report this review -

(sorry for the long post)
I stopped in today to talk to a sales rep that was knowledgeable about their hybrids and plug in vehicles. My experience was pleasant right from the get-go when I was greeted by the lady at the front desk. I was handed over to Kip who greeted me with a great attitude and smile.
I spent 5 years working for another dealer and what I experienced today was literally my ideal image of how a dealer should run (although I'd have a sandwich shop in mine :P) Kip was very nice, spent a good chunk of his valuable time having a conversation and took me on a tour of the dealership. They have a sweet coffee machine, wonderful lounge, TV, phone charger (seriously sweet!) and more. They seriously have a top notch, state of the art facility here. I didn't get any service work done, but wouldn't hesitate based on what I saw while sitting in the lounge doing some work while they let me charge my car (thank you by the way- I wish more places were like you) Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. Way to go! I've gone to several dealers and yours stands out in a very good way!response / report this review -

I had such a wonderful experience at Borgman Ford Mazda! I emailed them from their website, over a holiday weekendI was contacted immediately the next business day. Curtis was so incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. If I had a question, it was answered. I am blown away by everyone with whom I interacted at Borgman. They strove to earn my business, and took excellent care of me. My new car is absolutely beautiful, and I am very happy. I would definitely recommend Borgman Ford Mazda- they are professional, and provide fantastic customer service and wonderful value.

Dean at Borgman Ford is a great man and professional dealer. He was nice and kind worked with my budget and got me into a good car same day. He even stayed late to make sure I was good with new plates and tags. Transportation is a must for me and he understood the importance of my daughters having their dad able to pick them up. The other dealers were helpful to. I really appreciate it especially nowadays with all the scammers and hateful people. It's good to meet people who really care about their customers. I went to this dealership after having an accident which left my car a total loss. Geoff worked so hard to not only find me a great reliable car, but to also get me the lowest financing option out there. Geoff and all the other workers at this dealership went above and beyond my expectations. They were polite, helpful, hardworking, and actually cared about me as a customer. By far the best car dealership around with the best salesman. Thank you again Geoff, you and your coworkers were the only part of my car loss/ car buying experience that was made easy and enjoyable.
