First time buying from here and have to say Hope was great to work with. And I love the car I purchased. Totalled my old car on a Monday morning driving to work and she had me in my new car just a few hours later. Unfortunately I am having issues with the car not always wanting to start. Having it put in the shop for repairs and the warranty is not an issue neither as they said I can drop it off as soon as I want. And repairs would be taken care of. The only problem is I do not have another vehicle to drive and they can't put me in another vehicle until after my 30day warranty due to a long waiting list. So I am going to have to wait until I can use my other warranty and pay for the discounted rental so that I am not stuck with out transportation during the repairs.

I just took home my second vehicle from the Lincolnton store, I traded in the 2005 Ram I got from them 2 yrs ago on a 2010 Challenger R/T. Hope is very knowledgeable on the processes of deals and the manager Rick does try to get you the best finance deal possible. Prices are a little high but for someone with rocky credit looking to get into a quality vehicle, they are the best I have ever dealt with.

Jorge is the man! Great salesman got me exactly what I wanted. And Rick the GM will look out for you and make sure your getting the best rates and payments. Great experience. I highly recommend doing business with these guys!

My fiance and i are just starting on our own and have no credit and we got a very nice 08 mazda tribute at a reasonable price and our deposit was discounted when we traded in our own car jorge was extremely patient with our questions and was considerate of our schedule.So far the experience has been great!

Sales department was great the warranty Dept not so good.I bought a 2002 F350 diesel. They had it serviced before I bought the truck.While I was looking over the truck I noticed it had the wrong antifreeze in it.So I called Tech 3 in Hickory and talked to Wesley. I told him they serviced it and the wrong antifreeze was in it. He told me to start with they didn't service the truck I then told him your sticker is in the windshield then he said they put yellow antifreeze in it I said no it is green he argued it wasn't green then said he would fix it if I paid for it . Sorry place to take a vehicle. I wouldn't dare take my truck there. But this is who EZ way sends their vehicles to like I said sales was great service warranty sucks

The sales staff was very friendly to my wife and son. Everyone from Monica, Hope, Rick and Casey who all had a hand helping us. Prices on the vehicles are a little much but the service and being able to work with any type of credit issue is great. We would recommend anyone to them especially the licolnton location.
