With over 360,000 miles on my suv and needing tires they were very helpful on what tires to buy knowing the chance this vehicle would be on the road a year from now is not great. I was surprised to learn I really only needed 2 tires. They could have pushed me to buy 4 tires. I appreciate their recommendation
and helping me figure out my replacement strategy.

The gentleman at Discount Tire of Brighton are the nicest group of guys I've ever dealt with when it comes to my vehicle. The customer service was outstanding, I was in and out and the facility is clean and welcoming.

Fantastic Service! I had a flat tire from a nail that I had ran over, and I scheduled a repair online. Once I had dropped off the tire (which did not come from Discount Tire). They were able to fix it within the hour. Biggest perk, it was free! I highly recommend this company for all of your tire repairs!

Unquestionably the most efficient and pleasant tire change experience I have ever had. The customer service was excellent and a model of what it should be in their line of service. There was no pressure from a staff trying to push unnecessary work or service on you that you have already declined. They did their job proper by offering, but after I declined the work and an explanation, they did not proceed to go on trying to sell me on it. This is my place now.
