Been going here for years. 7-10yes to be exact.. Best place to take Junk metals THEY DO NOT STILL AUTO PARTS THEY ARE A SCRAP YARD NOT JUNK YARD. to all those bitching about prices if you where a true scraper you would know prices always are going up and down. Would NOT go to the one on East michigan ave they suck and rip you off. Plus the guys there are ass'sif you ever have a prob there talk to Tim.

Have had three cars picked up. Dealing with Kelly was a breeze, she was very nice and helpful. The driver that came out was impatient and rude but I'm not sure what his name was. Price was fair.

Prices way to low customer service is bad and they have the audacity to have a tip jar!

Horrible customer service, she didn't try to help me or refer me to anyone else and rushed me off the phone and saying they were booked until Tuesday and I told her the police said we had to have it gone by Monday. Very rude!
