We dealt with Jake Provost for our salesperson. Jake did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and the deal turned out exactly as he said it would. The finance crew was just as amazing. Finance was very transparent with no smoke and mirrors. We got a good deal on our slightly used car in the pay range we wanted. These guys know how to treat a customer and never did we have to wait around for anything. They were prompt, prepared, courteous, and fit the deal to our needs rather than try to fit us to a deal we didn't want. They were organized and we spent minimal time sitting around. I highly recommend these guys and will not shop anywhere else in the future.

Great buying experience, the sales staff are vary knowledgeable and got us the best deal. We picked out an equinox LSand agreed to a price. On the day we were going to pick it up they called to tell us that if we were interested they had found an LT model for a better price. You just don't see that much any more. Glad to see there are still dealers looking out for the customer, getting them the best deal possible.

Awful!! We called on 3 different vehicles we were interested in(2 were at alternate locations)We were told they could have them all there by the afternoon for us to look at. I scheduled to come in at 6pm. Once there, we were told that the cars were not!! We were also told they had no drivers??? We ended up leaving, going down the road and buying a car. They have yet to call apologize or even inquire to see if we were interested in another vehicle.the customer service is terrible!

I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change. They got started on my car right away and when I joked about wanting a ride home so I didn't have to wait there, they were more than willing. I did end up waiting but it was quick. Everyone there was very friendly and professional.
