This place used to be great. I’m currenty sitting here getting an oil change I am legitimately concerned as to what is happening to my car. The guy working on my car doesn’t appear to have a clue.
This will be the last time I come here.

This place is usually pretty straight forward and does a good job, but they should really fix their hours on Google. I went there assuming they were open until 7pm like it says and come to find out they closed at 6pm. Went to their competitor down the road instead. Not cool!

Have been going here for a few years for oil changes, power steering flush etc. The past year we've gotten quite unhappy with the place. Last two times we've gone in they didn't have the filter for our very popular Ford. Seriously this car is so popular they sprout like weeds. No excuse for this. The older fellow is rude, sarcastic and acts like he's doing you a favor even talking to you. The second time through without a filter he couldn't be bothered to walk over to the car and say so, he just walked inside and sent a young minion out to inform us. Complete Auto Maint. Center up the street a block or so refreshed our memory on how customers are supposed to be treated with courtesy and friendliness. We will return there. Never again at Victory.

went to get an oil change after seeing they were under new management. when pulling in my tires screeched trying to pull in during rush hour in downtown South Lyon. Tyler, an assistant manager came up to me and asked me not to pull in like an as**ole. Unfortunately I had my two kids in the backseat. Very rude and very unprofessional. When asked to speak to a manager, he was absolutely useless. i asked to speak to corporate and was given an incorrect phone number. This is not my first bad experience with them. I'm going to stick with Complete Auto Care right down the road.

I have been coming to this place for four years and it was only because I didn't like the place two doors down when they try to sell a battery to me and I didn't need. Despite the management turn around I felt as if they did still recognize the customer that I was. The latest change in management and the new workers that run through there has left me disappointed to say the least. My last two recent visit I requested the five dollar coupon to be applied and I was given a lot of grief. My loyalty to this oil change place has seem to go unrecognized and it's sad. I think I'm ready for the Valvoline world. .
