First time on this course and I enjoyed it immensely. Great layout with mini Scenic views along the way.

Reasonably priced! Some greens were a little rough and need attention. A few tee boxes are under repair. But, this is a classic, quiet spot I love playing time and time again. Challenging but manageable, hidden within the woods with enough play allowing most golfers
to survive if they hit it out of the fairway. Great course layout with a couple of long rides between holes adding to a relaxing evening of golf. Will be back. :)

Maby it was just you Marc because there staff was amazing when I went. And take you cheap ass and buy range balls. I would of acted the same way if you asked that.

If this was a review based strictly on the golf course then it would get 5 stars, but sadly it is not. I have nothing but good things to say about the golf course. It is honestly one of my favorite places to play and is always in great condition. It is a bit of drive for me to get there but it is has been well worth ituntil last weekend.
The reason why I don't think I will ever play here again is because of the staff/customer service/pace of play. I can never remember being treated so rudely upon entering the golf shop. There was an outing the day we played, which we had no prior knowledge to, and the golf shop attendant said that it would be at least an hour delay. But he said it in the most condescending tone that he made it seem like we were the ones responsible for the delay. We asked if maybe we could have a small bucket of range balls for the inconvenience of having to wait for an hour and he rudely suggested as to why he would do such a thing. He made it seem as if we shouldn't even be there in the first place to play a golf course that we all love to play. We abruptly walked out and waited on the first tee only for countless groups to play in front of us with some of the slowest pace of play I've ever witnessed. We ended up skipping two holes and it still took us around 5 hours to play, 6 counting the delay. The lack of a ranger out there to maintain pace of play, one of the biggest issues in playing golf these days, really was frustrating. Waiting to hit every shot when you are in a foursome and the group in front of you is a twosome who thinks they are playing in the Masters is not fun at all and the fact they didn't realize how fast we were playing was ridiculous.
Worst of all the cart girl only came around to us once and that was on the second hole! Needless to say I will not be wasting my time or money by coming back to this course. The customer service made me feel like I wasn't welcome at all and that I was below them.
I really hope Timber Trace reads this review because they will all know right away who I am talking about and hopefully something will be done to make the experience great for others in the future, because it certainly won't be for me.

Great Course! Great track and well maintained. Courteous staff and best scenery of any course around this area.. Played a day when there was not one open tee time and the staff kept everyone moving for a sub 4-hour round. Can't beat the greens fees either!
