  Me and my mom were really iffy about buying from a dealership until we came here to westridge. Great cars, great prices, and Jonathan was a wonderful salesman. Couldn’t have seen better.

  Got a great deal on my truck and Jonathon the salesman was really good to me he treated me like I was a good friend ,so if your looking for a good deal and vechile you need to stop by they are good people. Thank you Jonathon I love my truck .

  Ripped us off, BIG TIME. Will not be going back here and I don't recommend anyone to take their business. Cars are WAY TOO overpriced for what they are actually worth, charge me over $10,000 for a car barely worth $2000

  I would never recommend buying a vehicle from them. The vehicles are not that great and the biggest problem for me was how they treated their customers. I have never talked to more rude people in my entire life.and I work in customer service for a bank so I talk to rude people all day. I have been yelled at and hung up on. Never in my life have I dealt with that before. They are very difficult to work with and they are not worth it. Extremely disrespectful. I wouldn't have even given them one star, as they do not even deserve it.

  I bought car from these people it broke down they had my car for 3 weeks and would not help me with a car to get to work so they can get car payment. So when they could not fix the car they finally put me in another one after sitting on the concrete step for 2 days and then expected me to make 200 payments for the car even though i had no car to drive and they charged me towing to every show they kept sending it to to fix it. Stay away from these people!!!!!!

  This car lot a joke put in a application takes a week too here anything i had to call just to get a answer when I got my cash in hand but the people in front of me got the same as i do an get answers then an there but i gotta wait ima do everything in my power to get tht place shut dwn the legal way!!!

  What a pleasant experience. Johnathan was professional throughout, never pressured us or tried any car salesman gimmicks like the majority do. Our family agrees, we feel respected and appreciated. I will definitely be recommending this business to others and making sure people here our good report!

  My girlfriend and I have been searching for months for a Saturn Ion in the area. Buying/Trading/Selling cars is a hobby of mine so we put a lot of time and research into what we were doing. We went to Burnouts on Patton to check one out. The whole place is a joke, the employees are stupid rednecks who believe that they are the gods and will try to pull one over on you. DO NOT GO TO BURNOUTS. Disappointed, we started our way back home until our eye caught a beautiful silver 2006 Saturn Ion. The owner greeted us and told us a bit about the car. The next day, we took it to our family mechanic and had him take a look. He found a few problems with it, but when we brought them to West Ridge's attention, they got on it that day. The day after, they had fixed all of the problems and cleaned it up a little. Mandie, one of the employees was very helpful and we found a price in the middle that was perfect. We ran into a few problems, but she worked with us and took great care of us.
  
  My advice to the people who left one-star reviews, DO YOUR RESEARCH AND TAKE THE CAR TO A MECHANIC BEFORE YOU BUY IT. West Ridge will take care of everything, helping you in the future.
  
  Now that my girlfriend is perfectly satisfied with her car, I'm in the market for one. I'm picky, but I'll definitely keep my eyes on their lot.
