Carl Dean was my salesman and he went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Frank in finance was also extremely helpful! I will shop here again and feel very confident in referring friends!

So me and my girlfriend had a car from here for decided she didn't want it so she stop making payments. It took her four months of missing payments before they came and got it I was 300 dollars behind and they came and got my car not even a full month payment doesn't make sense hate to say but she's white and I'm black plain and simple can't believe racism is still here. SO IF YOU ARE BLACK DON'T GO HERE HATE TO SAY THAT BUT SEEMS THAT'S THE ONLY EXPLANATION

My husband bought me a car for Christmas this year! I had my heart set on a 2011 Sonata that was a bit out of our price range. They worked with us to get a great loan payment and a down payment that was affordable for us. Shawn was our salesman and I appreciated how well he kept in touch with us and help guide us through the car- buying process. I would highly recommend him as a salesman! We had a great car buying experience through Debruhl's and would definitely recommend them!

I literally drove all over TN trying to find a 4x4 toyota 4runner that was not eat up with rust. We searched from dusk til dawn 3 days in a row and finally decided to drive to Asheville. We searched many different lots until finally stumbling on the perfect one!! No rust, very clean and taken care of. They do not sell junk!! Very very helpful, more then willing to work with us to get the vehicle, it was a couple of days before we could make it back to pick it up and thankfully it was still their when we made it back. Very very nice bunch a guys, very helpful, and caring. When its time to buy again the first place I will look will be here!!

I bought a 2008 Acadia and 1 week later I was dumping 800 bucks to have the fuse box replaced because of a leaking sun roof. When I called to complain I was told that once I signed the paperwork it was my problem. While at the dealership I was informed that the rack and pinion was leaking and needed replaced. Now the AC compressor needs replacing. STEER CLEAR FROM THESE CROOKED ASS PEOPLE. First time buying a car from anybody but a big car dealership and definitely my last. Junk ass car dealership.

Debruhls is awesome. My dad bought a Ford pickup from them within a week the truck broke down and it was the transmission. Debruhls replaced the transmission for free. If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely shop at debruhlsome again!!

I had a great experience at this dealership! The salesman I worked with, Ken Edwards, was fantastic. Very professional - he took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone and did not rush me. He was professional and not pushy. I highly recommend Ken and this dealership. They were friendly and were happy to work with me. I am excited about my new vehicle and the experience I had at Debruhls Used Cars.

You get a 30 day warranty for a reason. The starter is bad on the car I purchased, plus the drivers window won't roll down. I have to fill it up every three days and was told I would have to pay it half way off before I could bring it back to trade. I'm stuck with it. Thank God I have another dependable car. I would not recommend this place and will never buy another car here.

I was told I was approved for a car here then when I got here they tried to force me to buy a car I did not want. They told me it was the only one I was approved for. Even though I had previously been told I could get another one that I had already test drove an fell in love with.. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated here an ended up at benchmark where I was treated very well an got a great car.. Now I'm in the market for a new one but definitely won't go here. They won't even let you use your trade for your down payment!!!!

The best place to buy a vehicle. My wife and I came across some problems with ur tax return after we got our vehicle and they still worked with us to an amazing extent!! Love these people. We will always come back to them!!👌👍

Definitely the best place to buy a car. They make sure you get a great car at a great price. My car broke down and the team at Debruhls bent over backwards to help me. I've never had a dealership help me like they did. Love this place and will be a lifetime customer.
