I have always had great service at Majestic. The salon is clean and well-staffed, the prices are reasonable, and my nails always look just the way I like. I have had several technicians there, but Van is my favorite. :-)

The first time I went here I had Sam and he was great! I went back a second time and had a lady that was rushing and didn’t seal the gel on the nails and my Nails had a bubble in it and it popped so I went back to get it fixed the next day it did the same thing to the rest of my nails and all chipped up. I will never go back here!

I only let Sam do my nails. He's very good at making my nails look the way I want them to look. If you go here, ask for Sam. I'm very picky about my nails, but Sam does a really good job.

This place was dirty, staff were rude and the manger has no regard for service. I went into get a manicure gel polish, they were arguing over who’s turn it was next and on cell phones while I sat there. Worst salon in Asheville.

Went in for 2 manicures, clear polish on me, red polish on my friend. Mine went ok, there were some areas around my cuticles that he did not clean up as well but overall ok. The other manicure not so well. The woman was rushing so she got nail polish all over her fingers and under the nails. The nails weren’t fully painted, spots missing and just inconsistent. When I went up to pay I mentioned that there needed to be some clean up along my friends nails. The woman came over upset and barely cleaned my friends nails up. Not worth it. Would rather over pay elsewhere but receive great customer service and someone who knows how to actually do a manicure. If I wanted botched nails I would have asked my 11 year old sister to do them blindfolded.

This was my first time ever getting my nails done so when i was asked if i wanted a manicure or a full set i assumed full set was both mani & pedi. when i realized she was just painting my nails i asked if she was gonna make them longer & she became very angry & rude. i explained i just didn't understand the question. my cuticles were violently ripped out & 24 hours later they still hurt & burn in water. one of my fingers was also bleeding. DONT GO HERE.

This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. Lily is the woman who I go to on a regular basis, she is very relational and kind and at the same time very talented and excellent. Thank you Lily!!

They messed up my nails so bad. All I asked for is a simple manicure with polish. I left the place 1 hour later with dried nail polish under my nails. Nail polish that they applied on my nails bubbled up. IT LOOKED REDICILOUS. Lady was very sloppy. Save your money and go somewhere else. Never coming back again. Would not recommend!! 0 stars

I moved to Asheville 3 months ago and was devastated to leave my nail salon in the city I used to live in. :(
Majestic Nails is the first one I tried here, and I chose them based on these reviews. I'm glad I did! My first nail tech was a man named Long. I'm very picky about how my french nails are doneI like a very wide white striphe listened to everything I said and did them exactly like I like them. He also gave me a pedicure and it turned out great. He's very friendly as well. Now when I go back I always book an appointment with Long. I found my new nail salon on the first try! Woo hoo! Their prices are very reasonable as well. And, the salon is VERY CLEAN which is extremely important to me.response / report this review -

So happy right now! Two weeks ago I had the worst gel nail fill of my life at another salon (my nails looked like something out of the brothers grim fairtalesnot good) Sam was my nail tech at majestic and he took the time to reshape my weird looking talons so they actually look like real nails again! He did an absolutely amazing job and my nails are looking flawless- I keep staring at them. Thanks guys!!!!

I was disappointed with the experience that my bridal party received. Multiple girls nails were bleeding by the end if the appointment due to their cuticles being cut too far. It did not feel like a personalized experience. They were completing people's nails within 15 minutes. It felt like every employee was trying to be speedy and not treat the customer. I did not feel pampered or relaxed in any way. The mother of the bride had to have her nails completely redone due to bubbles. I (the bride) had 2 cuticles cut to the core and they burned and bled throughout the appointment. If they weren't being so speedy I think we would have all had a better experience. We will not be returning.
