  Good shop, they have always been fair and their work was good. Best to call ahead as they can be busy, you may need an appointment.
  I have had only one problem, they couldn't/wouldn't do the brakes on our Prius. There are some caveats to doing brakes on a Prius, but took it to another local shop and they had no problems.

  I took my car there a few weeks ago for oil change, tires rotten, and brake inspection. They noticed that my passenger wheel bearings were bad. I brought it back and they found the sway bar was bad too. They fixed everything quickly using my warranty. Then this last weekend my car just died. I got it towed to them with a heads up because of the thanksgiving holiday they might not get to it until mid next week. They squeezed it in the next morning. It was my battery. They charged me less than if I went to the auto parts store and bought one myself. Thank you guys so much.

  I have been using Bailey Park Automotive for the past 20+ years. Andy, Brian, and his employees are truthful, honest, and do excellent work. I trust them with my life and that of my family. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

  I gave this place 2 chance and couldn't have had a worse experience.
  Long story short they changed me 50 dollars to tell me I had a coolant leak but they didn't know what was wrong with it, told me I had things wrong with my car that I knew couldn't be true, and later I had it inspected by 2 different places that both said what I was being told over there wasn't true, the staff had an attitude like they didn't care to do a good job and on top of that after they saw a review I left they called me at the health center I work at without permission, I never even gave them the number there! This is a typical car place, they see a girl in her 20s, new to town, alone and think they can take advantage.

  My husband and I have been taking our cars to Bailey Park Auto for 10 years and I would recommend them to anyone. We have been extremely satisfied. They are honest and extremely competent. They always explain the problem very well and keep us informed. They take a lot of the worry out of car maintenance. Thanks Bailey Park!

  Had a breakdown of my little SUV (Ford Escape) on I-94 last Friday, on my way back to the Metro Detroit area. I called before having the truck towed and they were waiting for me when I got there. They were short handed on Friday, but still gave me their undivided attention to put my fears to rest. Had no idea why my truck broke down, but they figured it out right away. One of my coils/plugs at blew and they ordered a new one and installed it within an hour!
  
  Man, I was so worried, but they were so kind and professional. I would easily take my vehicle from Detroit to Battle Creek for ANY and ALL repairs to Bailey's. They didn't try to take advantage of me or anything. What a relief to find them. I used to live in Battle Creek a couple of years ago, and never knew they were there. So glad I finally found them.
  
  People, go here -- you won't regret it :D

  Great service, friendly people, and trustworthy. The clutch in my car stopped working and they were able to pinpoint the problem, fix it, and put me back on the road in under two days. It has been a couple weeks since then and everything is still in great shape. Definitely will return to Bailey Park Auto for any future car issues.
