I purchased a used Lexus here not too long ago, and the experience was nothing short of stellar, thanks to Ed Woolford. The car I was looking at was due to be shipped out for some cosmetic touching-up on one of the only days I could come out to test drive it, so he made sure to hold it for my appointment. He was patient and professional, demonstrated all the car's features, was honest in every communication, and very clearly outlined everything I would need to make it all work. Although I did not use it, Bobby Rahal offers vehicle delivery up to 60 miles as well. Thank you Ed and everyone at Bobby Rahal Lexus for the best car buying experience I've ever had!

We just experienced Lexus’ ‘December to Remember’ event even though it is still Nov 😊. We had a very good buying experience at Bobby Rahal Lexus. Ty, our sales consultant, was very professional and very easy to work with. The process of purchasing the car went smoothly. We love our RX 350. A professional, streamlined experience that found the right car for me.
Jeff Crishock was knowledgeable of cars on the lot, cars coming in and cars in the area.
Jeff was so kind and patient as I was instructed on every aspect of the sophisticated onboard computer system for safety features and navigation. He also set up and instructed me on the remote access features. I drove off the lot feeling knowledgeable and comfortable in my new car.
Jeff made buying a new car enjoyable as I had entered the showroom confused and anxious :-)

Very disappointed with our car buying experience here !! My wife and I had been inquiring about a certain model and mileage for a used Lexus SUV. We had been working with a particular sales associate and we were told that we could come in on Friday! We drove 45min and came into the dealership to look at two models that were there and we were told to see a certain salesperson since our person would not be there that evening and we did . He was busy with another customer which we understand !! We sat for a few minutes and were looking over some info on the vehicles we were interested in . then another sales person came to us and asked if he could help us instead !! We told him what we wanted to look at and he acted as if we were taking time away from some other sale or something because he looked at his book for all of two minutes and could not find the model we were wanting to see. He then proceeded to tell us that the one model sold and the other model was off getting detailed ! This was pretty pour business practice as we were never given a complementary call to say that this was what was happening before we made this trip to see the cars ! Additionally, we felt as though we were not taken seriously !! We recieved no further phone calls or follow up from any salesperson and we felt like this was not good customer service !! We chose to take our business elsewhere!!

Very professional service team. They are honest, and only recommend service that is needed. The dealership I used to deal with always tried to sell me all sorts of service I didn't need. The Rahal team has NEVER done that in the 9 years I have been dealing with them. I recommend them to anyone!
