For the record I normally do not do reviews Because I was brought up being told if you have nothing good to say it is better to say nothing at all. However I strongly feel this company not only is dishonest and irresponsible but really has not a care in the world about there customers.  Not only are they argumentative, but the fact that they imply that I am lying just flat insults my intelligence. I have wasted more of my time emailing them and calling them to no avail. I do not nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone. I could have drove from Vancouver Washington to Arizona six times or more in the time it took to get my so called requested parts. So here it is, I was recommended to this company by a business associate who had seen them on TV. So I checked out their web sight found a 1967 Fairlane parts car so I called them looking for the six interior door trim chrome pieces and rear ashtrays that go in the armrest. I was advised by the guy on the phone (I was latter told that was the owner) that they did not have the ash trays but the chrome would be no problem $125.00 plus shipping and they would get back to me with pictures and the shipping info. After several days not hearing anything I called back, I was told they would find out what was going on and call me. After several days I called back again and was told the same. After another week I called again. This time I was told that my number they had wrote down was not working and my credit card info was not working. So they had my credit card number written down for two plus weeks?? Anyways at this time I really needed the parts and had passed on the other guy that had them. So again gave them my info. Again after several days I had to call them back again to see if the parts had been shipped. They had and they sent me the info via email. I finally received the parts. Upon opening the package I found four of the six parts that I had ordered three useable one not so much. I then called the company again to find out when I would get the other two and to have the owner call me. They told me they did not have the rears and that the front stainless is usually sold for $75.00 each and that I was quoted only the front. This simply is not true. And if so why would they sell me $300.00 worth of parts for $125.00. But after a few more calls and emails they told me I could send the parts back and they would refund my money. Yeah this really does help me after a month or more of getting jacked around. For the record I will keep the parts and will never use them again and I would recommend you don't either. Giant waste of time. Mic Drop!

It was hot. The waiting area is outside, but they provide ice cold drinking water. And there is a lot of old vintage cars here. Very cool to brows if you in to old metal.👍

Called for 1972 GTO core support said they had it drove over hundred miles round trip to show up to no other options for a core support. Justin is an idiot and so is the owner. No respect for your time or money. Owner just ditched me and my son in the yard once he realized he didn't have one. They might have the part but search else where cause they don't value your time or money. I called ahead to make sure they had it. Justin said he had the part and it was $350 so I drove 2 hours and wasted $40 in fuel and time. So screw your water and entry fee. Your lucky I didn't charge for my time and fuel.

I'm looking for some hard to find parts for a 1957 Lincoln. Will these guys be able provide what I'm looking for? Time will tell but I do know this, they are the most responsive, courteous and professional bunch of folks I've ever worked with trying to find these parts. Will always be my first stop for any parts need going forward. Amazing customer service attitude!!

Super friendly people who go out of their way to help whenever possible. I happened to come on a day when it had rained heavily forcing them to send their employees home, they told me if I knew where the part I needed was and I could pull it myself free of charge. Who does that anymore? Thanks again guys!

Tigh was very friendly, answered our questions with extensive knowledge! We needed a fender for our 67 buick that we are currently restoring. There are no reproductions available. We were told this fender was perfect. We took a gamble on a 10 hour road trip. They did NOT lie, it's even better than reproduction.

They are strict with their rules which is a good thing when protecting your personal property. The road leading to the location is not kept up, it's in terrible shape constant "washboard" on a rock road.
