This is something I have to share ! I have twice lost my sunglasses there . Same thing happened both times. I used their fitting room to try on couple items and my glasses were taken from the fitting room, I was using . I came back with other items and my glasses were gone. What really really bothers me it's not the first time. I will never come back to this store and I hope they can straight up thier fitting room, it's like you coming to a fleet market of clothing you can even trust leaving your belonging at the fitting room .
More then that when I came to express that with the team they were so unhelpful and didn't even care about that. "It's not our fault" that was their answer! Last time I'm shopping at any of thier store .

If you are a plus-size person - this is NOT the place for you. Walked around the whole store looking for designated section and finally asked very curt salesgirl said no plus sizes. As a frequent shopper at Nordstrom Rack - such a disappointment! They also do the "old" way of only putting one shoe out and you have to go ask for the mate. Also thought it was weird that clothes were arranged by designer rather than style. No wonder their registers weren't busy. Too bad NR Scottsdale - you had such potential.

Excellent place, friendly staff, A+ customer service. I shop here once in a while and will definitely come back. the shoe area is a wreck and needs to be organized better.

This store is amazing. Not only do they have some of the best merchandise of any of the Nordstrom Racks I have visited, but they also have an excellent staff. I was visiting Phoenix a few weeks ago and stopped by the North Scottsdale location to return a few items I had received as birthday gifts and to purchase a few more items. While checking out, I stupidly left a gift box on the counter which had cash in it as well as a birthday card and an unused Nordstrom gift card. Upon realizing this the next day, I called the store and they were holding all three items for me. Unfortunately, my flight was a few hours later and I didn't have time to make it back to the store.so I contacted the store manager (Jodi Behrmann) who immediately responded and was very kind. A few days later, I received an envelope from her with the birthday card, the gift card AND the cash. Also worth mentioning that this location seemed to have a lot more merchandise than most Racks and it was very well organized. If I could give this store 6 stars, I would. I am in AZ often and will definitely be back. Many thanks to Ms. Behrmann and her team for their great store and exemplary service.

This is my least favorite as they have a different shoe system where you must ask someone to grab you a the left shoe of a pair you've selected in order to try it on. Talk about time consumption and inconvenience. Great torture system.

This is the best store to find discounted designer clothes. It's usually very clean with a friendly, helpful staff. They have great accessories and clothes. I always check here first before going to a department store.
