I've never been to this gym before yet I have it on my credit as a missed payment of 151 dollars. This needs to be handled I will be contacting the BBB and I red flagged it on my credit. Horrible.

Moved to the area and went here twice as a guest to check it out. The equipment was broken or loose and a couple times I had to offset my position to accommodate. Decided this wasn't good and stopped going. However, I paid for ONE month of basic membership and ever since, their financial company keeps calling me to tell me I owe money or need to update so I can be charged
No. I am not giving you my money on PURPOSE. You do not have access to my accounts ON PURPOSE. Stop calling.

I read other reviews that mentioned this problem, but I thought, "No way, there has to be something deeperall these people probably DO owe money."
I was wrong. Now I'm constantly getting phone calls from abc financial every freaking day since going to this gym. Its infuriating.

Good facility, sub par staff, horrible prices. Luckily for them it’s one of the only well kept choices in the area. I wouldn’t go if there was a decent gym nearby.

I haven't worked out here since it was Golds. I went in today to see what it was all about and work out with a friend.

The GM gave me 2 options. Take a tour and sign up. Take a tour and not sign up and pay 15 dollars to work out for the day.

If you want to go in.. it looks nice.. just make sure to bring money if you want to feel welcome.

I see a lot of bad reviews which is crazy to me, the only complaint I have is that yes, half of Peoria goes to this gym and it's very busy, other than that i love the staff, it's got a great clientele, a lot of nice helpful people go here. Never had my car broken into. and the daycare you can't beat, my daughter is constantly asking if we can go to the gym and when we walk in they know her name.

Do not do personal training with this gym, I told them from the beginning I wanted to only do the minimum 4 month training, after that time you have to cancel a month in advance. Which I tried to do, texted my trainer about it, told him about it at our session, (and like I said he knew from the beginning that was the plan). That had to be the plan because I was starting college and some huge payments were starting to roll in at that time. I thought I had put my 30 days in, but there were way more formalities than I knew. My trainer and all the staff bounced around the topic, but in the end I thought I had communicated that I was done with my personal training, and I thought that was it. Two months later and I realized I am still being charged. They took advantage of a young girl, who was too naive to realize the deliberate lack of communication on the subject of ending my training. Typical business men, typical scammers, do not do it. A lot of strong stern people on staff who will not work or understand the situation. All they care about is numbers. Thanks EOS.

This place is horrible spend your money elsewhere. So when you sign up they give you a complimentary training session RUN. After that session they use car dealership tactics to try and guilt you into paying a boat load of money on personal training. When you say no or I have to think about it they call over the condescending personal training manager to try and strong arm you into signing up. It's horrible. I left and cried out in the parking lot. It took several months before I could come back in and workout and when I did I felt awkward so I ended up quitting. Also there are so many members that during certain times it is so packed it's hard to find a machine. Spend your money elsewhere.

Multiple machines are broke broke or need maintenance and don't get fixed for months. The staff is generally pretty nice except for some who thinks they're "too cool" to even respond to you saying hello while they're scanning your badge? Only good thing about this gym is price and it's 24/7.

Total Joke of a company. First of all, be careful signing up with these crooks, because they will do anything they can to not let you cancel your membership. I had called their member services 2 months ago to pay the remainder of my bill and cancel my membership. But guess what, I'm still getting charges from them. Absolutely pisses me off. And to top it off, the actual gym is a joke too. Every time you show up, something is broken. Oh, and it seems that after 3pm half of Peoria shows up to work out. Cant tell you how many times I've shown up and could NOT find parking in the whole complex and had to leave. F%#@ EOS FITNESS

NEVER EVER EVER EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. DO NOT DO IT. I signed up because it seemed nice and even signed up for personal training thinking that if I don't like it I can just cancel it. What they don't tell you is its a contract and you have to pay for it even if you don't use it. I ended up moving away 2 months ago and they're STILL CHARGING ME AND WONT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!!! I dont even live near an EOS fitness anymore!!! This company is an absolute joke. They're just trying to get all of the money they can from me, and when I call their hotline to ask them why it hasn't been cancelled, they tell me "oh, your proof of move wasn't sufficient enough" WELL WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT TWO MONTHS AGO INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME THIS ENTIRE TIME!!! Save your money people.

I wanted to share with whom it may concern the unprofessional conduct and business practices of your club manager Anna. 3 weeks ago My wife and I signed up for our membership with childcare. Cody, the gentlemen that signed us up offered us childcare for all six of our children at the rate of three. He made this offer to us and we even waited a day to hear back from him to clear it with Anna. After signing up and attending the gym the last 3 weeks we were approached today by an employee who asked us if we were the people with six kids not paying for them. When my wife asked to speak to the manager, she made us wait about 30 mins. When she did come over to talk to us she told us that there was a miscommunication and that she would cut us a deal and only charge us for four children. As we did not ask for a discount, but was offered one, and signed a contract agreement on that price we declined and wanted the price we were quoted. There was no miscommunication on this process. She began to explain that she was going to fire Cody over this. Again, very unprofessional behavior of someone that is suppose to lead a group and provide, at the very least, decent customer service. I have already cancelled my membership and will pay for my new one tomorrow at the gym we left. I believe that a bait and switch in pricing like that is poor business practice and someone should be aware of what's going on. Thank you for your time.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. If you like using broken equipment, not having anywhere to park, ridiculous 30 days notice for canceling (they charge you 2 months), having to call a telemarketer trap to cancel this is the gym for you! Boycott this place so they can shut down and quit robbing people.

Broken equipment, have to park across the street. Tell you they can't help you cancel account, you have to call a number. You call the number and there is no option to cancel they say you have to cancel online and your gonna need a number that they ramble as fast as they can. With no option to repeat and when you go through the options again it doesn't repeat. So to top it off I finally get this account canceled and they say you have to cancel with 30 days notice so we will be charging you next month!!!! WALK AWAY this is the worst experience ever!

    -UPDATE-
It gets better apparently they didn't cancel one of the accounts and are still charging me and threaten if i don't pay the month they charged after I had called the ABC company and had cancelled PLUS AN ADDITIONAL month ( 30 day notice cancel policy) they will take me to collections.

Great place to work out! The gym is always clean and the staff are very friendly. They are always willing to give workout advise and will address any concerns quickly.
