Joe and Daniel was very helpful. Calm and collective, not pushing at all. I will be going back in the future. 😁

Justin and Daniel were the best. They made our visit very enjoyable and comfortable. The drinks and snacks were great. They know their business and served us well. Could not have asked for better service. They knew about the car and credit. Thanks for everything.

Del Chote Hooked me up with my truck for under what blue book value is! He cares about the customer for sure. And on top of that Rickey Mcreynolds in the service department is very trustworthy and helpful. Give them a call for all of your needs.

I will not bring another vehicle to Superior. I told them what to look for and replace.they only did one of the three things on visit #1. For $400+. Had to return the vehicle the next day. And they did what I had told them to do for an additional $400+. In all close to#1000.00. this all could have been done in one visit for $500. I will do the work myself.

My service was very exceptional and I have been able to rely on the professional GM service with GM parts every time I bring my 2013 Equinox in. The reception room is very exceptional and makes the 1 1/2 hour drive more durable when I arrive.

I would give them a "0" If I could. We drove 100 miles to to make a deal on a new Impala Premiere. Did the test drive, trade appraisal and ready to sign the deal for the advertised sale price of $31K on a $41K car. The salesman took the papers to the sales manager and returned to tell us that the price would be $41K since the sale ended three days prior, but would take $2K off the MSRP of $41K. I showed them on my phone that the car was advertised on their site with no "sale ended" notice. The salesman's response was that they were on three different web sites and they hadn't been updated. The manager didn't even come out to tell us he wasn't going to honor the advertised price. We just left the dealership without the car.We called GM about it and they were nice but did nothing about it. This is typical 'bait and switch'. The good news is we bought a new $41K MSRP Hyundai Azera that is beautiful with more features than the Impala, and we bought it for the advertised price of $31K from Crain Automotive. We had the best experience with them, they even drove the color car we wanted up from Fort Smith while we had lunch. See picture below of our new Hyundai Azera.

I had a first class experience with this dealership! Beau Hudson was my salesman. I was pretty anxious and nervous as I purchased a vehicle through them at at great price, but many states away. Beau made me very comfortable utilizing technology to see the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the truck! They then were great to coordinate with my shipping carrier. This was a very good deal for me!

Brought my truck that is under warranty for a water leak under my dashboard, the technicians here told me that it was a windshield that needed replaced. I myself did a water check, and took a pressure washer to it plus, dumping water all around the windshield I couldn't find anything. The windshield was replaced before I purchased the truck, therefore the windshield wasnt under warranty. I went to safelite and they said if I did all that and did not find a leak that it was not the windshield, they say that too often dealers like this make up excuses so they dont have to fix it out of pocket.
A few months later I took my truck for an oil change and left my $200 pair of sunglasses in my truck, after picking it up, they were not there. I talked to the manager and he said that they run an honest shop. I have looked everywhere for my sunglasses and still have not found them. I am 100% positive I left them in my truck. After these 2 incidents I will never go back to superior.

Took my wife's car in a couple of weeks before Christmas to have some work done for a coolant leak. Was told over the phone that it would be covered under warranty, which is why I took it to them. Made an appointment a week prior, dropped it off, said they were a little behind, but would at least give me an answer a to what it was, if they couldn't get it fixed that day. Asked for a loaner car, was told they couldn't get me one since they were out of them. Waited all day, called at 4:45 was told they didn't look at the vehicle. The guy I spoke to, acted like he didn't care, and was very annoyed I asked him to leave keys where I could get them and pick up the vehicle. Found leak, and fixed vehicle myself do to the fact I didn't want to take it back to Superior, and didn't want to drive it 30-45 minutes with a significant coolant leak like it had to Fayetteville. Poor customer service, hands down. Whats even worse, is I used to work for that company at one of their other stores.

"I recently purchased my second new Chevrolet Silverado from Superior Chevrolet and was pleased with the way I was professionally treated. From my salesman Charlie Wright, to the General Sales Managers LaFeril and Darren I must say it was a pleasure to work with professionals. I highly recommend this dealership, service department, and employees who diligently work to make you a part of the Superior family. If you want the best deal in NWA there is no reason to look anywhere else."

Good experience and very friendly staff. They were able to take care of most of the issues. Was disappointed that Chevy didn't have a solution to the ongoing issue of chirping in the rear end of my Chevy Pickup. If Fords and Dodge pickups don't have this issue then it's hard to understand why Chevy can't have a solution. Staff was good - Chevy product needs more attention.

We came into the Dealer that day with the thoughts of downsizing and little knowledge of what would be available to us without losing many features we had become accustom to in our present vehicle. We were met by the Salesman Cody, who listen to us showed us a vehicle that was more than we hoped to find and also took us over to the neighboring Chrysler Dealer to show us other vehicles. He was helpful, friendly and professional. We left there in our new car completely satisfied with every step of the process from the looking to the dealing and the financing. We have found our Dealership.
