The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. La Quinta is always one of the hotels that my family and I stay at since it's reasonably priced and it's location is juat blocks away from the light rail station. The hotel has complementary breakfast as well for those seeking a little something before check out. Overall, the hotel has all the basic amenities and plenty of rooms.
The staff was SO great!! We just stayed here for our Honeymoon last week and he front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We ended up leaving a WALLET (yes, so scary) and a piece of clothing behind. The staff mailed them to us within a few days and we received everything back. I am so thankful to have stayed somewhere reliable!
Good overall value -- great location and great rates. Pretty decent breakfast included and wifi is included as well. The rooms are mediocre. They are a bit dated and not cleaned to the same standards as say a Marriott room. But for the price, you get a lot. If you are a solo traveler on a budget, I would highly recommend. If you have a picky family, you may want to go to a nicer place.
Had a nice one night stay - the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple; waffles, bagels, yogurt and the like. No frills, just what you'd want for an affordable hotel room.
Cons: After we checked in, or key cards did not work, so I went back to the front desk to get them reactivated. The front desk guy had left and was gone for about 10 minutes. This was slightly frustrating because I was exhausted from travel and just wanted to get into my room. When we got to our room there were really loud teenagers running around the walkway late at night and acting very suspicious. No fridge in the room, so I couldn't save my leftovers from dinner. Pros: The room was adequately cleaned. The breakfast in the morning was nice (nothing fancy, but nice continental breakfast). Also, the shuttle drivers were very pleasant and courteous.
Not the most up to date place, but the staff was super friendly, my room was cleaned well and daily. Breakfast was ready early with a decent selection. No major complaints.
Aside from being right across the street from Dave & Busters and a movie theater, there's not much special about this hotel. It's not bad by any means, but there isn't much for me to say about it that hasn't been said by anyone else even about other hotels. I stayed in a suite with a king-sized bed in one room and a sofa bed in the other. There were was a TV in each room. There was also a room right outside the small bathroom with four mirrors, resembling something a bride-to-be or a girl getting herself dolled up for a night on the town would use. There's a complimentary breakfast in the lobby which includes pancakes and waffles which I believe use the same batter.
I don’t usually give bad ratings but if there was an option for zero stars I would put that. This hotel is awful. Got a room for my parents who were traveling through to the mountains. Went to meet them for dinner and got whistled at by men lurking outside and a hooker was speaking to one of the men offering her services. Did not feel safe at all. The room was decent but everything else was super sketchy and felt awful for my parents . Do not stay here.
Drifted in after a long over night drive from Texas. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Needed to sleep ASAP so they let me get into a room during the morning.
We had a room with a king-size bed. The room was clean and in good condition.
Decent rate, friendly and helpful staff, decent room.
Location was easy to find. A restaurant was in the same parking lot, making finding meals a breeze. Room was very clean and fresh.
Location and service are great. Courteous employees and clean rooms. This is an older hotel so some updates are needed to the rooms and facilities.
We've been in other Quintas before and it has nothing to do with that. It's more like a motel, everyone come in and out all the time You'll see not so nice people around. The only good thing about the room was the bed but I can't say the same about the shower it has some hair and looked dirty it's really pricey for what they offer next day we moved to another Quinta same price, 1000 times better
My handicapped father stayed here after a beyond awful experience at the Belcaro. I haven't talked to my father since he stayed here, so I can't speak to the room quality or cleanliness, but the staff was beyond professional and treated my father like royalty. I believe this is an expectation, but compared to the customer service at the Belcaro, you would think you were staying at the 4 Seasons. THANK YOU for redeeming my father's trip to Denver by being accommodating, polite, and professional.
Really dirty, loud questionable type people just hanging around day and night, alot of people don't pick up after their pets and the back lot is really smelly. Overall it is just nasty.
Service is fine, what you would expect from a hotel. Rooms are small and dated. Bathroom was dirty. Used bar of soap was left on the bathroom counter. Light in the bathroom didn't work. Gave more than 1 star because the TV worked better than most places and the sheets seemed clean. Would not go back.
