Nice place! Clean, quiet, with breakfast and waffles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free WiFi everything was great. Before departing I watched as the morning staff cleaned the breakfast area very thorough and very clean.

Very nice place. Clean, quiet, decent breakfast with waffles and hard boiled eggs. Staff quite friendly and helpful. WiFi service has been quite sporadic and business center computer not working, but otherwise all else was good.

I had two queen beds. It was a very clean hotel which was great. The only down sides are parking was crowded, they didn't have the free small lotions/shampoos (instead they had dispebsers), and the breakfast is kind of sad. But it was still a nice stay and a nice hotel. I would stay again.

Showed up without reservation and the place was fully booked. The girl saw how tired I was and was very helpful. She called like 4 local hotels for me and found me a very nice suite close by for under $100. I was very grateful

Clean and inviting. Friendly Staff. My 2 day layover was pleasant due to the modern, and accessible amenities the hotel provided. Would stay again. Great rates too!

The stay itself was great! Except for the fact there is NEVER more than 1 person at the front desk at a time.. But no actual problems at all! Then two days after checkout we realize they charged us $243 for 1 night. Which isn't the rate we were given or thats on the receipt! I called and got nowhere and i told the lady i was very upset and the lady i talked to told me she didn't like my tone. Well u would have a tone too if your card was charged double, with no excuse! So when i ask to talk to a manager she says we don't have a manager here you have to speak with them via email! Really? What a joke!

ROOMS SMELL LIKE MOLD! 5 star reviews on Google are from "local guide".hotel is BUYING 5 STAR REVIEWS!

front desk allows 18 wheelers and lowlife construction workers to park sideways across several parking spots, they didn't change the dirty towels & front desk seemed mad when I requested they replace dirty towels, front desk demands on playing CNN in the breakfast areaSnowflake irresponsible libtards run this place. Good luck finding a parking spot!

0 stars. I was staying in room 212 for two nights. It was loud and hear everyone talking and passing by. The room was loud and every time the A/C would turn on would smell like poop. When I woke up the next day and I decided to take a swim in the pool, before I dip my feet I noticed that I had fresh red bites on my feet. So went to the front desk and I told them about it and ask if I can get a refund, the manager of the hotel did a inspection to see if the bed had bed bugs. He told me no sign of them but I know their is bed bugs because I have bites on my feet. I wasn't too happy with the staff at the hotel or the manager cause they told me I can not get a refund. Now I am itchy on my feet and it's spreading all over my body. So I recommend not to stay their!! Watch for bed bugs!! Now I am getting treatment for bed bugs. Thanks a lot for not giving my money back!!!! Rip off assholes! I put one star but actually I want to give it 0 stars. It won't let me post unless I give it a rate.

Good Refurbished Hotel. Large Modern Rooms. Clean. Breakfast Basic. Public Computers Not Good. Would Stay There Again for less than 80 Dollars A Night

It is obvious that the owner of this hotel has directed the staff to pinch pennies wherever possible and to any extent necessary. The management and owner should be embarrassed by how this hotel was run. I will explain below and I will note everything I mention below has also been pointed out by other guests

1.) upon check - in we saw a note that read the hotel would charge $2 for any key cards not returned. Wow, I've never seen this before. A second note, indicated that a $100 incidental fee would be charged for each room and then returned within 3 - 15 days. The front desk staff "Sally" was rude. First, she continued to answer the phone and help phone guests with reservations instead of asking them to hold and finish with us, while she was in the middle of checking us in. People behind us were clearly frustrated with this.

2.) We got into our room, my son quickly hopped in the shower and I discovered that there was "goop" on the sheets of one of our beds. I called the front desk and was very nice about reporting the uncleanliness of the sheets and Sally told me to come down to the desk. I told my son to get out of the shower quickly and I walked down to the desk. She handed me a new key without saying a word to me. She was clearly annoyed. The room key to my new room did not work so I had to walk back down to the desk. With a line full of people in the lobby, Sally said to me: "What is the matter?" I explain the key didn't work then she said "You used the other room." Not a question, just a statement she felt important to point out and let me know her frustration. I explained my son getting into the show and eloquently explained without giving too much information to the other guests about the sheets of finding the sheet mess and that yes, we used the other room for a shower before she told me to go down and get a new key. In front of other guests, she was visibly annoyed and frustrated that the shower was used. Again, without a word, she handed me back the key. I have every right to have a clean bed! Her attitude towards me was appalling and never once did she apologize for the mess or inconvenience.

3.) The room was in the lobby of the hotel! We were in room 216 and there was loud noise all night long - people in the lobby checking in and checking out, loud children, early morning breakfast patrons. Why in the world, would any hotel modify a space so that room doors lead directly to the lobby? I didn't dare ask for a new room based on the way she had responded to me about the sheets. I will say I was never angry or mad at her or anyone for the sheets, I even stated to her, "I can tell they were washed, but some of the mess clearly did not come out."

4.) Breakfast is a joke, just like the reviews state. Also, at exactly 9:05 a.m. a woman walked out and made an announcement that breakfast was over that it was last chance. Then, she came out and actually began to cover items (the cereal dispenser, muffin container, etc). I've never been at a hotel that does this - I could understand not replenishing after 9.am, but to begin to cover items was extreme and it was then obvious to me that the hotel spent all it's money on decor and fancy lighting in the lobby to make it look nice and had no more money for nice linens and a decent breakfast. Also, it was daylight savings so we all had to push clocks ahead; maybe an "exception" to keep breakfast open a bit longer would have been appropriate.

5.) the towels were thin, dingy and scratchy. They were worse than the towels my fitness center provides. The hotel only provided 3 towels for a 4 person room. When I called for more towels, I had to turn in the used towels before I could get any more. As if anyone would want to steal them sheesh..

This hotel is poorly run, the staff is not friendly at all and it was far from being worth the $177 we spent for each room. Stay clear and spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible treatment.. We booked 6 rooms several months ago. They gave us a good rate. When we got here, we were informed that rates had changed and now double.. Our written confirmation was worthless

Manager was rude.. Changed rate this morning just before we got here.

Literally, rates were doubled without letting us know!

The rooms are clean, no foul smells, no mold in the bathrooms. They feel modern, not dated or aged at all. Flat screen on the wall feels perfectly in place. The wait staff are very friendly, breakfast isn't hot meats or anything, but there are waffle makers and they are run by the staff so you're not awkwardly waiting your turn you just ask for one is pretty quick. Rooms are quiet and dark, slept like a rock. Would recommend.
