Disgusting and wouldn't offer a refund.

The upstairs room I got had beds madebut had food in the sink, trash hidden everywhere, broken appliances, smelled terrible and.BED BUGS.
Poor management and the house keeps sat in the rooms chatting away on the phonewhen we left and came back they were still chatting on the phone about personal stuff and that one room still wasn't done. The lady at front desk was nice and moved us but the next day (we had an event the whole first day) there was garbage behind the bedside tables and under the bed.
No coffee in the morning hours as stated.
    Poor management.
This is not a good hotel.

Absolutely the WORST place I've ever stayed. Staff is EXTREMELY rude, place is dirty, (found a beer underneath the bed along with a few bracelets-showing they do not clean effectively). The tv is so scratchy and can barely make anything out. We had no hot water. Mold growing on the seal of the freezer. Tub is super disgusting. I will NEVER stay here again. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!

For $85 bucks, it was great. 2 double beds, plush and comfy. Pillows were very fluffy. The tub was meh, but the shower head was adjustable. Overall, it was clean, but basic. Continental breakfast was helpful. It's a good spot for a quick stay.

When I walked into the hotel, the receptionist greeted me us but then proceeded to finish her text message before assisting us. While we we're waiting for our room there was a moving playing in the lobby that was very inappropriate. The number of cuss words that I heard in a matter of 5 minutes just wasn't professional. Also, when we got our room and walked in, it wasn't even cleaned. There were towels on the floor and the bed unmade. We went back to the front and got a different room. The entire floor smelled of cigarettes despite it saying it was a non-smoking area. The shower was the same size as the one in my college dorm and the cable was very blurry. But at least the bed was comfortable.

Walked in to inquire price of room at 10 pm, the gentleman behind the desk was cold & unfriendly & seemed annoyed if you asked a question. I went back to my car but it was late so I pulled up the website & just booked a room there anyway, it saved about $9 to pay online. When I went back in the man at the counter did not say more then 1 word to me: "ID". Very bad attitude. The room was decent except the fridge door was broken off & I propped it on it to keep my drinks cold but every time I went in the fridge the door would fall down on my feet & I had to waste time trying to prop it back on there. I also didn't get every channel I was supposed to on TV, one was ESPN & being Sunday, NFL football was on, and I was not happy I couldn't watch any. The next morning as I checked out the lady at the counter didn't seem very happy to be there either but I didn't spend more than 30 seconds at the desk

One of the absolutely worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Place is a dump and the nasty Indian girl that works the desk most of the days there is a nasty person not helpful. The rest of the staff is wonderful except the daytime manager he is useless . place is dirty and noisey DO NOT STAY THERE! The car or the woods would be a better choice

The rooms were not very clean. Our first room did not lock. They were nice enough to provide us with a second room. It was a lot cleaner but we agreed to find a different place to stay on our last night. I would try to find somewhere else before you come here. It is cheap and you most certainly get what you pay for.

Had a very good stay. Things were clean and well maintained. There was some construction happening outside but it didn't interfere with our stay. The only minor issue was the in-room refrigerator made a constant ticking which was a little distracting.

Hotel was as expected with cleanliness and upkeep. The complimentary breakfast was good, but had only a yogurt and juice for those with gluten issues. Getting to the hotel from the north bound lane was a pain, but is not the fault of the hotel.

Possibly the worst motel experience that I have ever had. The rating should be negative. I had a simple problem with the remote. The woman at the front desk said she had a remote only for an RCA or Samsung, even though my TV was an LG. The problem was not only that there was no sound and the channels could not be changed, but also, the TV could not even be turned off. I asked the front desk woman how to turn off the TV, and she said to just unplug it. I explained that the TV had no cord, but was connected to a wire behind the wall. She laughed, and told me that was impossible, essentially calling me a liar. So now I was stuck with a bright, soundless TV that could not be turned off for the evening. Finally, after calling another number three times to get some assistance, the manager, whom the front desk woman told me had gone home, showed up at my door. He futzed around with the remote, and said that the batteries did not work, that he would find me an LG remote, the type that the front desk woman said no longer existed not five minutes earlier. If you see Days Inn Shrewsbury, drive far and drive fast in any other direction. My rating is really a negative 10, which is, unfortunately, seems not to be an option.

Nice place with decent free breakfast. The lady was seen to replenish the items. The bed & blanket seem to be slightly smaller with small, comfy pillows. Had a good sleep.
