The room was last minute because of the power outage. When we arrived the room smelled of mold really bad to the extent I had to keep the door open after 5 minutes After arrival. The housekeepers only come once a week and the garbage under the sink was ful and hadn't been emptied in I don't know how long. The room was convenient having full kitchen and access the kitchen items too. The smelled of mold was scary with a young child staying for the night with us. Issue should be Addressed or shouldn't let people stay in non cleaned rooms.

The garbage wasn't emptied under the sink, and the place smelled of mold. Not sure if it was due to weather or the food disposal in sink which was nice to see. Staff was busy due to the weather causing for power outages would be okay and seemed fairly inexpensive for week or more long stays. Was only there a night. The smells we odd in every area of the place. The television didn't work for most the night hopefully was also due to weather. But main reasons for getting a hotel when you have no power is for lights, t.v, and heat. Which no t.v and the smell was awful. Overall was ok. For desperate times need to go somewhere.

Made reservations 6 weeks in advance only to find out when I arrived they were booked and didn’t have a room for me. They got me a room at a different extended stay, but was not what I choose when making a reservation. The hotel is cheaper than most in the area, but is more run down.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have been a guest here for 3 + months.

I cannot say enough great things about Ashlee and her impeccable staff.

This place has been my home away from home. They are kind, accommodating, and always willing to help.

I would recommend them for a weekend trip, an overnight adventure, or extended stays.

Cheap place with little to offer but a bed. WiFi is mediocre, no gym but if you need a bed without anything else, it is fine. Oh, also an odd odor in the hallway

BED BUGS!! AVOID ROOM 332 AT ALL COSTS ROOM IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS AND HAS BEDBUG FECES ON MATTRESS!! my mother is severely allergic to bedbugs and ended up at the ER with an infection due to all of the bedbug bites. the most that they would do to comp us was give us some quarters for laundry and switch our rooms, we were here for a week and they didn't even offer a refund! they refused to cover my mother's antibiotics for the infection as well! bed bugs weren't the only issue, the refrigerator and dishwasher leaked as well and the garbage disposal wouldn't work upon check-in! the bathroom was filthy as well! the only reason i am giving this place more than 1 star is the fact that honey dew donuts is right down the road and i enjoyed having a working stove to cook food rather than buy take-out every night. Other than that i will never return here again and i will try to avoid staying at another extended stay america at all costs.

Let me preface this by saying I travel for work, so I live in hotels 300 out of 365 days of the year. So far my stay has been pleasant, the hotel staff is helpful and has helped me receive some packages. The room I'm staying in is clean, has adequate towels, there is a closet to stow luggage, and the kitchenette is a good size. These rooms aren't super modern or chic but they are well maintained and cozy. The hotel is central to a lot of food and shopping options, the area is nice. I have a few petty complaints that is preventing me from handing out a 5 star review: I dislike that the rooms do not come with some basic kitchen tools. I have stayed at a few extended stay hotels and this is the first I've come across where you have to request the items you need. Not a big deal, but slightly inconvenient when you just want a glass for water after checking in. I also wish there were a bit more breakfast options. There is a small bar open in the morning with coffee, granola, oatmeal, and fruit. I would love to see this opened throughout the day or expand the breakfast to an all-inclusive option. Or maybe just having a snack station somewhere would be cool!

My family has been here over a week and we have been told every day that the pool is closed for cleaning and will be open the next day. It has not been open a single day. My children are very disappointed as am I. I chose to pay a bit more to stay at the ESA location with the pool instead of the cheaper ESA location less than 2 minutes away without a pool. Had I known we wouldn't be able to swim I would have taken the cheaper room.

Nice room. Clean safe place. Free WiFi is very, very, painfully slow. Not for any business use at all. Free continental breakfast is sad. Store bought muffins and coffee. I had hoped for more variety.

They were still constructing my room when I checked in and they burnt sheets in the dryer at 5 am in the morning. Had to stay out in the cold and rain for an hour for while fire department cleared the building

Only been here one night stand so far. Staff has been friendly and room seems nice for the prices. On the other hand there were some points of cleanliness missed in my room and I asked for a few things this morning I as of 4pm have not recieved. Also while not their fault a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and had everything one would need for either an extended or brief period of stay. Located near many shops and supermarkets and came with a membership for a very nice gym 5 minutes down the road. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay again.
