I have stayed for 31 days. Service is slow. grocery store is near to this place, 5 mins walking. Internet is slow. Did not got all the utensils

I will be fair with my review. I have stayed here for exactly 33 days. Today Im checking out and Im really going to miss this hotel. This is a value for money hotel with cooking facilities. The front desk staff is good and helpful. Im really happy that I picked this hotel. My special thanks to Sarah and Thomas(Tom) both are awesome and very very customer focussed.

It is good for 1 night stay if in an emergency. Each room consists of a kitchenette, but don't expect to get all utensils you desire. Beds are uncomfortable if you are used to plush mattresses. Rooms are clean overall. Housekeeping is paid service, it is free only when you staying more than 8 nights, check with the hotel before booking. Free parking.

No tp in room sheet smelled like pee. N there were 4 peop. In feont of me took like 25 mins to check in at 8 idk not good after i already had a horrible day all day my car was not working had to take a cab.

Horrible checkin process it was over an hour to finally get a room. The guy at the front desk was extremely slow and couldn't handle it checking in multiple people and everything was an issue. Finally another person came to help but he was rude. I got to the hotel at 10:45 pm and didn't get to my room until after midnight. .. unacceptable

We just stayed 3 times in 1first. last, and only. The only good thing we can say is that the shower curtain was nice.

We are here for a LONG time until we find a job. I am glad there is a huge fridge, decent freezer with grocery store within 5 minutes and a Target within 10 minutes. There's also nice walking trails close by. There is mold in the bathtub and toilet that housekeeping doesnt deal with (i dealt with it).

Clean, but their keys never works. You have to go back to the front desk at least two times for the right key. Also if it's your lucky day.the room you are assigned, someone else got it!!!

Pretty clean. Secure strong locks on doors. Great location near a lot of stores. Very spacious. A/C works mint!
Quiet neighbors. Friendly and geographically savvy staff! Also, elevators are very punctual.
Would have received 5 stars if there were a toaster oven or any toe of oven or maybe even a pot.
All in all - great hotel. Good job guys!!!

The room smelled sweaty. The toilet would continually run. The free internet was unusable, but it was free I guess. The shower curtain was too short or mounted too high. The towels were either falling apart, or new but never washed, because there were little fuzzy pieces flying everywhere and sticking to everything.

I stayed here a week for work. Initially everything looked good.

Then I used the toilet, it wouldnt flush and made a horrible groaning sound. I needed a kitchen set up so I went to the front desk. The gentleman at the desk made a note for maintenance and told me the dishes would be at my room shortly, it was there in 15 minutes.

We were going to dinner and I needed to use a bathroom so I went back to the desk to check on when they would be there to fix my toilet. They were not going to get to it till the next day?????? I asked him if there was a bathroom I could useNO. he eventually let me use the employee bathroom.
I figured out how to get the toilet to work temporarily. Maintenance didnt show up untill I requested them again at 2pm when I got off of work the following day.

The next day I order pots and pans and a spatula. When they arrived the pan was a nonstick that has been banned for health reasons. The pan was scraped all over the place, so if you used it the small pieces of nonstick goes in your food. The spatula was just dirty, I scraped food off from the previous use. Did not use either one.

I travel for work alot so I have pots pans and such with me, thank goodness.

The closet shelf was broken.

There were smudges and dust all over the mirror.

Every drawer was dirty.

Under the bed had crackers, dust, candy wrappers etc.

My group of 12 booked another hotel for week 2 of our project.

They did not bring the dishes they did not brimg towels. It was okthe hall smelled like curry But i did not mind that The staff always smiles and Sonia is great.

I just discovered a bed bug right next to me as I lay down, if this filth makes it's way to my house I will be contacting a lawyer and now i cant sleep without feeling like bed bugs are crawling on me. SO DISGUSTED RIGHT NOW! Worst hotel experience I've ever had to deal with .

Offered smoking room even though requested for a non smoking one. Switched the room immediately but they didn't update their system. And that caused someone to walk in to the room late night at 3AM which freaked out us. :(

Dirty rooms, very slow service (took the guy almost 40min to check us in as he did not know how to operate a computer. We were the only customers checking in and still. It was a nightmare), room and hotel smells like mold. The worst of all, the tub had hair in it and the water barely drained. Yaaaak

Very disappointed with the room. After at least two weeks of reporting non working outlet at kitchen counter still not replaced. If you have to wash dishes by hand at least provide a deeper kitchen sink. And the hot water faucet handle is hooked up on the right! The bathroom faucet spout needs to extend further, difficult to wash hands against sink wall!
And don't advertise WI-FI service!!! It's slower than dial up. Ran speed test and it's less than 1. TV doesn't even show the channel nor any info on the program tuned. And the WI-FI slowed even more.

This location is a bit dated. On the other hand my family and I used it as a crashpad for an overnight stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is great, right off of 495. There's a Starbucks down the road along with some restaurants, supermarket and a liquor store all the necessities for a overnight stay. I'd say this is a perfectly average hotel, don't expect this to be the Ritz-Carlton and you'll be fine.
