Cheapish, a bit of cable and if you ended up here, you know it already. Unfortunately for me, I got trapped here during a blizzard. Staff was basic and their were few ammentities outside of the pool. Food was lacking.

Steve and the other hosts are really friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It's a great environment for a short or long term. visit

Stayed here due to a power outage. The staff were great getting us checked in, but were overwhelmed by the large number of guests without power. Had to request towels, plates and silverware.

Not very clean. Bug on desk first day there.trash behind bedside table.lampshade broken. Fridge was dirty on side.chairs were dirty.mirror as well. Smelled terrible in hallways. Very offensive spray they must use.i had to hold my breath. No coffee maker or dishes.you have to request them
Then return dirty ones. Gym is a few really old machines. Elevator was not working for days and i have a bad knee.
I stayed here for a week because i had damage to my apt.due to the storm.
Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
beds were comfortable. Nice hot shower and quiet place.

This hotel is a Great Value. It's in a very convenient area has a laundry facility that accepts debit and credit cards and a fitness room which is much more than other extended stays in the area can offer Wi-Fi is very slow as is expected at ESA but works consistently. You are able to upgrade it for a small fee.

Room smelled horrible. There was urine all over the toilet and hair in the bathtub. Kitchen counter was sticky.
The front desk guy, Evan, was nice and helpful.

Staff was nice however if you do not stay for a week they do not provide house keeping services. In addition, it seems that there was never really anyone at the front desk. On the day I was supposed to check out my wifi was turned off and I found ants on my bed. The beds were hard and if we needed additional items in our rooms there was no house keeping to bring it to us. We were forced to go down ourselves and get it.

Find another hotel. The kitchen is great, but bring your iwn cleaners and do a complete scrub down before you cook anything!

Stayed here for one night. Room was clean and the shower was nice and we found a decent price through Hotwire. The main bad thing was the mattress, it was pretty bad. It was very old and worn out. It wasn't an even surface. The microwave was a little dirty. Also, the breakfast was grab and go, so no table to sit down. Only prepackaged muffins and oatmeal. No milk, no juice, no yogurt, no doughnuts (as we had seen advertised).

Rooms were reasonably clean. Unfortunately, I was on the first floor next to the employee areas, so I was greeted with very loud employee convos in the morning. They also left one of the service room doors open, so I had a constant high pitched sound to wake up to.

The staff was really really nice to us and we felt very welcomed. The rooms were really great for the price we paid. Unfortunately the sheets were a little thin and the mattress wasn't all that comfortable but it was only a minor concern. In general, you can't beat the price for this kind of quality.

I wish I could give a negative here. We made our booking almost a month in advance and had specifically requested for a room with 2 queen beds and the booking agent from hotel assured the room booked had two queen beds. When we reached the hotel after a 7 hours drive, we were given a room with one queen and sofa bed which was very inconvenient. The receptionist shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't do anything as the manager was not available. A horrible experience !

Upon entering my room I was greeted by a nice homely room ruined only by some chemical stench. The stench was reminiscent of a salons dirty chemical mop water after 30 perms. Revolting, but I assumed it would go away. I quickly sat at the convenient desk to work on a paper and was called by the front desk, assuming the smell would go away I did let them know everything seemed fine.

That all changed after entering the bathroom. Hair all over the shower, grime in the tub, grime around the inside rim of the toilet. I get that they don't do daily house cleaning, but do they even clean between guests? The tubs stopper is broken too.

I haven't had a chance to contact the front desk which is why it has a 3 and not a 2. Maybe they'll respond and fix it, maybe I'll be charged for cleaning. For now I am picking up air freshener before returning for the night.

Is off highway 9 which is convenient. The rooms were clean and pleasant. It looks like a new policy of extended stay to request any amenities such as a coffee pot or glassware which is weird but didn't effect my stay to much. The staff were nice and helpful and even called out room to ask if there way anything they could do to make our stay better. Overall good experience.

Don't stay at the 19 Connector Road location. For some reason there are three Extended Stays. I can only speak to the one located at 19 Connector Road, it is on the verge of closing and it shows. The new location is being built right in front of it. All rooms whether smoking or non smell like ashtrays mixed with gym locker room stink. Condition of the property is horrible. It's obvious the hotel is on its last legs and there is no maintenance done. It looks and smells like a train/bus station bathroom. Nasty, horrible experience.
