Great place to stay! They have upscale and casual dining. Both are excellent. We were serenaded to "Friends" in Italian. How could is that?

We came to this place to celebrate our 30th anniversary started with a massage following with dinner and later on staying at the hotel which offers to jacuzzi, pool, exercise room, laundry room and some other things. we did not get to enjoy all of it but, what we did get to enjoy was absolutely amazing from beginning to end especially the beautiful room with strawberries and champagne. Can't wait to stay there again service was wonderful and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Although we had a little problem with the room when we checked in the staff and hotel immediately responded to our needs and upgraded us. They are friendly, courteous, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. I give this hotel a great resting and recommend to anyone to stay here. Close to Northampton too a very lovely and picturesque town.

I'm impressed. Lots of little details that can be forgotten are remembered here. The rooms are functional and comfortable. The restaurant has a broad menu with all the comfort food you're looking for, plus some imaginative twists. Comfortable all around.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Sound proofing didn't seem to match the rest of the quality of the hotel (noisy little ones next door). Nice amenities and staff. Would recommend. Spa options are intriguing. Plan to visit again.

This was the only Hotel available within a 30 mile radius from where we went and spent the day in Salem. It was very clean our room was Immaculate as well as the bathroom the kitchen I was really surprised it was just so nice. The staff was also very helpful I would definitely go there again

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, we were there for a wedding and had a few questions about there ceremony and they helped figure things out that were well beyond their jobs.

First off, this hotel is visually beautiful. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly, and helpful. We were greeted with warm smiles and a quick check in. The room was cozy and your typical size. The amenities were bath and bodyworks stress relief collection (one of my favorites) and my husband loved the smell.
We were here for a wedding, and the on-site venue was beautiful. The setting was perfect and we were blessed with amazing weather. I can only imagine what this place looks like further into autumn.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the elevator. Granted they have stairs, but with bad knees, it hurts to walk up them, and the elevator was extremely slow.
Other than this, the hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.response / report this review -

Spent one night at the hotel after a wedding with the rehearsal dinner there the night before. It was a short stay but great staff with updated rooms with all of the basics you'll need. Breakfast in the morning was beyond the basic quick hotel breakfast but small eating area for a colder weekended morning. Would stay again.

Very clean and well accommodated. Down alternative pillows are in rooms as a standard. Wireless is average speed although disconnects are often (15-20min) even for simple tasks. Staff are professional and the check in/out process wasn't complicated.

Went for Sunday brunch, and as always great food and service. Didn't feel rushed or anything and had more than enough to eat! Even got a piece of cake with a candle in it as we were celebrating an engagement. Thanks so much!

My husband and I ate at the Delaney Grill to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was very pleasant and Barbara (our server) was awesome!! Very attentive and super friendly. We can't wait to go back, and would 100% recommend the Delaney Grill as a place to eat.

Really great meeting space upstairs. Bathrooms were clean and oddly inviting. They have a bar downstairs that I was not able to take in while there. Menu is small, so everything they make, they do it well. Staff was helpful in choosing beer. Garden salad had too much dressing but it was so good. I'll definitely be back.
