Hall lights out leaving the hallway pitch black. I had to use my cell phone light to find my room. House keeping came into our room and took the trash and exchanged towels, but didn't make the beds or clean up the floors etc. Every button on the a/c heater was broken off. It didnt look clean at all. You can tell they do wipe downs and nothing more. Bathtub, counters tables in areas are black and nasty from not actually cleaning the entire surface. Im not even sure the sheets were clean, so I slept on top the bed. No ice machine, but had a soda machine. No snack machine. Their free breakfast was jimmy dean sausage in the wrapper and bananas. Cable was fuzzy, but watchable to fall asleep. Internet was okay to browse the web. I didn't pay for this stay, but if I were, I'd of gotten something better for sure. Oh, there are two buildings, one has inside rooms. They building isn't numbered, no directions, labels. And the halls are dark Bring a flash light, flare gun, and water. Its gonna be fun.

Was good went there after my bacherlorette to sleep it off. They give a free breakfast some junkie got upset when my mother turned to watch the tv. Other then that beds okay.

The woman at the front desk was friendly, and switched me from the Smoking room hotwire had booked me, so that was nice. But the hotel is pretty rundown, and the room was rough. The walls were pretty thin, so I could hear the TVs from other rooms, and the people in a room down the hall enjoying themselves. You get what you pay for.

Rooms were increased in price due to Furniture Expo. Other hotels were sold out as far as an hour out in all directions. Bathroom sink faucet wasn't secured. It actually could be lifted up and moved around. Door to room was marred. Smoke detector/co2 detector was removed. Carpet appeared dull beyond the imagination. Room Inside was dated. I informed front desk of sink and detector. Nothing was done during the 5 days of my stay. As a good gesture for increasing price, the hotel provided at check-in a bottle of store brand water and a few snacks in a bag. My guess that the total investment on the high end was $3.00 with taxes included.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The pool was dirty and closed though.

We usually stay here at the Days Inn, because it is close to a job we do here. It is usually really very nice and the owner has been remodeling. This stay this time reminded me of the Rodeway Inn on I-77 South of Charlotte NC, nightmare.
Anyhow, walked in the room and it had a musty odor, I went to turn on A/C and roaches were crawling around where the control would be, but the control is on the wall, no problem. Next to inspect bathroom in a double bed room, and there is only two towels, two hand towels, and two wash clothes. They are all stained, the shower curtain has an unknown black looking bug like stuff all over it and the tub is severely stained with orange runny stuff and I had to wash it out. There is black looking mold on the ceiling.
I believe that the owner needs to find some better house keepers or will become another run down motel
I can say the bed itself was nice, but the pillows were lumpy. Did not get to enjoy the pool this time, which I can say is usually very nice.response / report this review -

Good place to do a quick business meeting. Quaint and quiet with privacy given to those who aren't overnight guest. Nice staff willing to help answer any questions

Air conditioner didn't work, tv was so full of static we couldn't even enjoy it, the lamp was broken. Not the best experience.

Most awful hotel I've ever visited. I should've taken the hint when I arrived and the owner was handling some type of dispute about the hotel with a guest. Filthy, stinky, run-down hotel. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again. I guess you get what you pay for. Had to move rooms multiple times because the conditions were so poor and each room had a different odor. Neighbors had a loud barking dog. Cigarette butt ash try thingy was right outside our door, so people were smoking right near us. Never been so disappointed in my life at a hotel!

Not sure why this is rated 2 stars. They're not the Ritz but they're pretty nice and the staff is absolutely amazing!! Super nice. Its a great hotel for the price. The pool is nice and they're very clean here. This will definitely be my home hotel when I come to town.

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. My family booked a room and when we walked in the carpet was wet and room was not clean i mean the sheets were all over the place. The host at the main office swears that she ment to call us but it "slipped here mind".They gave us another room When we get to the new room the towels and rags were not clean. When we asked for replacements we had to wait to get them. Soon after all that I get into the bed and find hair already in it. So I would reccomend going elsewhere. But if you have to stay here thorouly inspect your room.

When we arrived the woman who checked us in told us that our request to stay in the "tower" which is the slightly less disgusting group of rooms in this hotel had been denied. Even though we had booked the upgraded room 51 weeks in advance and had the paperwork to prove it, we said that we understood and made our way to our non-smoking room. The walk to the room revealed that the local homeless population must frequent the hotels corridors for use as a restroom. The urine smell smacked us in the face like a prize fighter's upper-cut. There were also repeated body blows as the stinging top notes of human bile permeated our nostrils. I was barely able to restrict my gag reflex after seeing and smelling the evidence that others hadn't been so lucky. The good news is that the smell of our "Non-smoking" room made us forget about the urine and vomit because it smelled like a smokey basement scene out of The Deer Hunter. I can only assume that there had actually been some crimes against humanity committed in our room because there were blood stains on the carpeting and on the mattress visible through the thin sheet and mattress pad. I felt like I was playing a sadistic game of Twister on the visibly soiled sheets as I was trying to keep my left foot off of the yellow spot and my right hand off of the red one. It was a game with no winners. We again asked to change rooms and were denied that request a second time. To call this hotel unaccommodating and dirty would be severe understatements. We were here for a trade show and unable to leave. Please, for the love of God, don't consider staying here. I'm begging you for the sake of posterity. Please don't read this thinking that I'm overstating the level of disgust that I have for this establishment. I assure you that every word is true.
P.S. There was always enough hot water and parking was ample.response / report this review
