Beautiful hotel, with old fashioned elegance! Rooms are large and homey. Staff is super courteous and friendly.
My husband and I LOVE this hotel! The staff was marvelous and very accommodating, the room and bathroom was SPOTLESS. The elevator was SO awesome, I just wanted to ride in it all day. The continental breakfast with the pastries was delicious! They even have a wine tasting every night at 7PM! We would DEFINITELY stay again and again.
Cute, vintage-style boutique hotel right in the heart of Greensboro near a lot of cute shops and restaurants. Very clean and had a friendly staff. Super comfy beds, more so than most hotels. The bathroom was a pretty small and my husband and I couldn't be in it at the same time. I would have given it a 5/5, except that there was an extremely loud, mysterious noise that kept me up on and off all night. It sounded like a hair dryer or vacuum cleaner and we couldn't figure out what it was. This may have just been an unusual fluke or even something going on outside, but it was loud enough that I didn't get much sleep.
Nice stay close to downtown activities. The location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is an older building, nor recently renovated or high end luxury, but it has charm.there are nice baked goods for the free breakfast. The elevator is still functioning, the first electric elevator installed in Greensboro. I thought it was great: it might freak out some who worry about such things.
Good customer service, friendly helpful staff. The express that this is a boutique hotel, with history, and it definitely shows it's age with it's still and decor. Things to note when staying: Floors creek, everywhere. The front doorbell can be heard from your room if your a light sleeper. Amenities are old and need upkeep. I had to close the bathroom door because the toilet would run every 15 minutes. The fridge compressor knocked loudly when shutting off, I had to unplug to sleep. The AC Inuit would rattle loudly when on high at certain times. Bed creeks like you're sleeping on a plastic mattress. Continental breakfast was minimum but good with local pastries and fruit, which was some saving grace to the rest of my stay.
Wonderful location with a unique vibe! Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the vintage elevator and actual keys for the doors.
Such a cute, charming hotel. Wine and cheese in the evenings, awesome elevator, adorable four post bed, breakfast in the morning. I'm loving this place. Definitely stay here! So charming!
I made reservations for two instructors flying in from out of state. I wanted them to be downtown, so they could easily walk to restaurants, as well as experience downtown Greensboro. While I didn't stay there, both instructors told me they really enjoyed their stay at the Biltmore Greensboro Hotel, commenting on how nice the staff was, as well as the historic features of the hotel, and the wine & cheese hour. They also loved the location. There was a mistake on the bill (wrong rate), but the hotel quickly fixed it. The reservation person I talked to over the phone (I forget her name) was super nice to talk to when I made the reservations, as well as when asked for the bill correction. I live an hour away, but if I ever wanted a nice night away from home, I would definitely stay here.
Really friendly staff at this remodeled historic 1903 hotel. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Stay includes breakfast starting at 6am with local sweets and complementary wine at 7pm.
My wife surprised me with a trip to the Biltmore for my birthday since I love anything and everything paranormal! Had a great time and enjoyed bar hoping with my wife in Downtown Greensboro! Loved the old style elevator, creaky hardwood floors and that this hotel still uses actually keys!! Free parking across the street was a plus too! Looking forward to staying again in the near future!!!
