First off the room had a stink to it and was kind of dingy but I'm not one to complain so that wasn't that big of a deal to me but when I was laying down in bed before I went to sleep I noticed a little bug on my sleeve so I kill it and took it to it to the bathroom to get good light to look at it. Then I looked up what a bed bug looked like and sure enough that is what it was. But I manned up and just said it will be ok I just won't stay here again and tried to go back to sleep. But then I found another one on my pillow in front of my face. So then I got serious and started looking around in the bed and mattress and what I found was HORRIBLE. Tons of bed bugs. I mean a lot!!! I was blown away. So I went to the front deck , where there is support to be 24 hour service, and found there was nobody there and the doors were locked. So I rang the doorbell and called from the room phone no answer. So I had to sleep in my truck in 17 degree weather. The next morning I went to the front deck and calmly told them the problem. All the staff, a older middle eastern woman and man both who could barley speak english said I could not have a refund and the only comment the had to say is "No Bed Bugs" I couldn't believe it. I took videos of these bugs to show them and even offered to show them the problem area I found under the mattress and in the bed skirt they refused to even look. Well anyway chose wisely and welcome to what America is becoming.

Everything was great except for the bed. It was hard as a rock almost. I paid way too much and didn't sleep hardly cause the bed was too hard. Other than that it was great.

We came from Florida escaping Irma and the place we were staying at lost power. Days Inn worked with us price wise due to situation. Very thankful.

Heather was the best hospitality hotel service. She provided a warm smile and places to eat & shop she was a wonderful helper, kind, friendly, and caring the best employee!!!

When I arrived they greeted me well and I was first priority. I provided a nice room and got a good nights sleep. In the morning I could easily eat served breafkest and be on my way.

We stay here every time we come to claton. Cozy beds and pillows. Staff is always nice. Clean rooms and a good breakfast. For the money it's just right. We are allways riden north Georgia and we can be sure of a good night here.

Ok. Clean, and cheap. No meat offered in the breakfast. And their charge/debit card company put an extra pending charge on our account that took 2 weeks to get off. I'll be spending$20 more next time on a better room.

I have stayed at many places. This hotel is really super nice. Close to everything, and quite. The staff is very accommodating. I have stayed over a week now, and will come back here again.
