Basically clean but it is an older building and could use some tlc. Fridge,microwave coffee pot hair dryer and ironing board with iron in room. Budget friendly and staff was friendly and helpful. No pool but was busy seeing all the scenery and stuff. Also centrally located with lots of day trips to Helen, Highlands, Tallulah Gorge etc. Lots to do!

Room falling apart in bathroom. Cracked tile soap holder fell off of the wall. Microwave and phone unserviceable. Breakfast a joke.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. There was a dirty, used washcloth in the nasty bathtub, cobweb in the corners, the refrigerator was disgusting. There was dust and cobwebs on the ceiling. For $83.00, this place is a ripoff. I will NEVER step foot back in hereeven if it were free. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because it won't let me choose none.

We stayed here for 6 nights during our evacuation from hurricane Irma. We want to thank the entire staff for making what was a frightening time much easier for us. From check in to house keeping the staff was friendly and helpful. They welcomed not only us but all of our pets, which was a primary concern in choosing a place. The wifi was very good and we had a wonderful view of the mountains. Although there are a few things that need repair at this hotel, it was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very nice and the main office was very clean, along with the room which was top class for the price! Highly recommend. The view outside my room on the balcony was also awesome!

Not the worst place I've stayed, but you get what you pay for. If you're looking to save a couple bucks this place is a decent choice. The rooms are dated, and the bathrooms/appliances could use an update. The wifi isn't very reliable, you may as well just switch to data. My girlfriend and I found it kind of funny that their pool has been filled in, but still appears on the hotel map.
We knew going into it that this wasn't going to be the best of hotels, but it served our needs well enough. The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful so that's a plus.

The hotel has frendly staff and readable rates, the cleanliness of rooms could use more attention and had some small bugs on bathroom counter

Horrible customer service. Blanket on bed was thin and scratchy, fridge had been unplugged to thaw and water was standing in it, tub took forever to drain. Friends made reservations and hotel had the dates wrong, they charged our friends card and will not refund their money. They have called them liars, hung up on them and dodge their calls. Do not stay there, they must be running a scam.
