I really love my new truck! And I was VERY impressed with the folks at Dave Dennis. They went out of their way to help me find the perfect truck. My last new car purchase took 3 1/2 hours to do, but the salesperson said that they could get it all done under an hour. They had me in my new truck within the hour.

Easy to make an appointment, has drop off, if you wait for servicing it can take a while. Rentals and transportation locally available, which is great for getting back to work. Service Dept had always done a good job for me on my Jeep, don't try to add extras. Explain the work and will call you.

Best car buying experience we've ever had. I always dread having to buy a new car, but they made this experience as pleasant as possible. Lois was great to work with (as way Kayla via email before we stopped in at the lot). They were able to get a specific vehicle from a different dealer 2.5 hrs away saved us a long trip! We ended up having to bring our 2 toddlers with us and several people on the staff went out of their way to make sure the kids were happy and well taken care of. Next time we have to buy a vehicle we will be back!

I was looking for a sedan since 2 months and found a good one at this dealership. Customer service was really good and the buying process was quick and hassle free. Adam Bealert from sales department provided an exceptional service. He was very honest about the car and provided very useful information during the test drive. I bought the car after 2 weeks of test drive because I was looking for car at other dealership. Later, I decided to buy this one because Adam was continuously in touch about the car and sent me car pictures as well whenever I needed them. Overall, there was a good show of teamwork by different departments in making the buying process smooth.

Being a young female, I'm very hesitant and sketchy of dealerships as I have faced the sterotype in the past at dealerships. I will say, I did not feel taken advantage of at Dave Dennis. I traded in my '13 Charger R/T for a '17 Ram 5.7L Laramie at an (as 2 other dealerships had told me) unrealistic price. I couldn't be more pleased/elated with the deal. John, Matt & Billie are amazing and worked their hearts out to find the deal of a lifetime for me. I'm grateful for them and grateful for the salesman in the used car section who wanted my car (I can't recall the name but thank you!). All the staff worked together and because of that I walked out in a brand new Ram. Y'all met and exceeded my needs, THANK YOU!

Big kudos to Steve James and the Dave Dennis team. This is my second vehicle with them. I wouldn't go to any other dealership in the area besides them. Amazing deals, clean cut, always friendly and helpful. They work for you to get the vehicle you want! Not ever persuading you on anything else just to make a sale. Very important. Thanks Guys!

We have been looking for the perfect jeep and found one we absolutely loved at this dealership. The sales associate, Adam, was perfect-well informed, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Unfortunately Adam was the only positive part of our experience today. We want to pay cash for our vehicle-husband was recently forced to retire and we did not want to finance a car. We had a $15,000 deposit and wanted the jeep held until Monday or Tuesday when we could transfer funds. The Sales Manager refused to allow this, he said we could finance it. He told us the Jeep would go to auction on Monday. With a $15,000 deposit, he would only hold it until tomorrow if we brought the remaining money tomorrow-on Sunday! By this time, it is 4:45 on Saturday.. Banks are closed and we could not access the funds until Monday or Tuesday. We were pretty frustrated with this decision. We asked if we could speak directly to the manager ourselves . We walked outside extremely disappointed especially since another dealer had already told us he would hold a Jeep Chief (same cost as this one) with a $500 deposit. Eric, the manager, came out and was extremely unprofessional, rude, and sarcastic. When we explained that we could not access the money until Monday or Tuesday and that this was unfair, he sarcastically said, "This is an unfair business." He compared the cash purchase of a $40,000 Jeep to that of buying bread at Kroger's. "You can't buy bread on credit!! We told him he would have $15,000 and we were not taking the Jeep home! We had already offered to sign paperwork , which was also rejected. He told us that their company policy is not to hold any vehicle and that in 40 years they had never held a vehicle for anyone. He then reminded the salesperson that they held a vehicle for a lady a couple weeks ago and she did not come back! ( Never ?) I understand company policy but at 4:45 on Saturday, you cannot access that amount of money!! We were giving him a sizable deposit and thought his aggressive and sarcastic attitude was unreasonable. The altercation lasted 5-10 minutes when he suddenly stormed back inside and slammed the door on us. I guess Customer Service is not part of your Policy. We will be buying a Jeep and would have loved to buy our Jeep from Adam. However, this terrible experience will prevent us from EVER buying a car from this dealership. We have owned 8 Jeeps and paid cash for every one of them. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

Worked with a guy online told me to come in and we can work a deal. I drove an hour to get there just to talk with a different guy who had an attitude the entire time. I was looking at 04 Dodge Ram they had it listed for 8999 I KBB this vehicle and it was worth 4500 at the most. The guy was very unwilling to work with me and from the start said it ain't gonna happen. Horrible sales experience and way to high of a price for the vehicle. I'd pick a better deal!!!!

We purchased one of our vehicles at the dealership here and I brought it back for a recall. I took the opportunity to bring it to be serviced while my boyfriend was out of town and wouldn't need the vehicle, so I had to use the shuttle service. They were incredibly accommodating. They had a shuttle service that usually runs quickly, but on this particular day it was pouring rain and the shuttle had a large load of passengers. One of the staff members, Chevus, arranged to have one of the other staf members take me home instead since I lived a 3 minute drive away, but couldn't walk because of the rain.

The shop closes at 7pm, but I get off work at 6:30 pm, and raced home and called the shuttle immediately. Nina answered and said they normally shut it down at 6:40pm, and start closing out, but she got her managers permission to come back out and bring me back to the shop. All of the staff were extremely friendly and so accommodating. I appreciate all of their help, and would certainly recommend Dave Dennis

By far the best dealership experience we've had. They were fast and efficient. We dealt with Ben. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Nice sales people, the worst repair/maintenance shop I have ever had to deal with. We have been here five hours to have a second key cut and so far the key FOB has had to be reprogrammed three times. Each time they have brought out the truck, saying it was complete, I try to unlock the doors, nothing happens. So they take it back and try again. The last time they got the new FOB to work but now the original key no longer works. Also, when the used car side says they will fix something, don't expect it to happen. Part of the fix on the truck was a lumbar being broken. They replaced a missing knob and just said to us that the knob spins but it just does not turn the lumbar adjustment. Lesson learned. Go someplace else.

bought a certified used town and country van, after our family vans transmission blew out had it for a week the tail light was out, the window motor was messed up and come to find out the transmission was blown. while getting the information to them at first they didn't wanna help out with a rental being they sold us a lemon. how do you expect a family to get to work and pay their bills if they're without a car. we sent it in for diagnostic and we're told by their transmission tech it just needed lube and gave it back clearly knowing it was worse. not even a week later it acted up again, my husband called and clearly let them know how upset he was. Our jobs are on the line and not having a car really put a hurt on us. we went almost a week with no car and no call from them after we dropped van off. finally he called back in and raised hell, they finally agreed to a rental but that doesn't fix the struggle we went through .. being we have 4 kids and 2 jobs! all said and done a 2,500 dollar bill and praying it's fixed. I would steer anyone away after our experience. this is just a glimpse into th hassle we had with "Dave Dennis" while feeling bad for the gentlemen who sold us the car heard an earful from my husband (hes just a sales man) they really need to watch what they sell and for any advise TO a buyer test drive their preowned cars for a while and possibly take it some where and have a full diagnostic before signing your name.
Needless to say first buying experience was BS and will have me leery on any other purchase I ever make!!
