Well my experience wasn't so good. They broke the tire sensor and had the nerves to tell me they would put it in for another $60 dollars. It wasn't broke when I came in. Then to top it off, they forgot to put the cover back on the hubcap. The manager said that he was sickened by what happened an that it would be taken care of. The technicians didn't honor what the manager said. I wouldn't recommend this location.

You won't find a better place to get tires and/or wheels in Dayton, Ohio and the service is impeccable. Just remember good things aren't always quick. Patience is a virtue.

Finally get my flat tire fixed. Only reason I'm lower one star because the salesperson was trying to sell me tire. I understand this is business and they need to earn money. After I refused, I have been waited more than 2 hours. And one of technicians were trying to tell me they can not fix my flat tire. And I was kind of angry a d disappointed. Finally they were able to work it out before they close. Recommended but still could be better.

This review is overdue, but in July 2017 I went in to have my tire looked at because I had a nail in it. I knew my tires were in need of replacement, however I could only afford two tires. They looked them over and told me that I really needed to replace all of the tires. I explained to them that I knew I needed to, but I could only afford two tires. They had me look them over with them and explain that I had no tread. I explained to them again that I had no way of affording four tires.
They agreed to only do the two tires. Once my car was finished they brought me outside and told me that they had covered the cost of the other two tires. I teared up a little because I never expect hand outs, but they explained to me that they would rather have me safe on the road.
I left the store with a greater appreciation for Discount Tires. I have been a customer for a few years, but I will be a loyal customer for life.
I was determined to pay for the tires, so a few weeks later I can in with cash to cover the costs. They refused to accept the money.

Got great customer service today (10/26/2017). The team there really seems to actually care about the customer. Caleb was the one that waited on me and made good recommendations on my tire choice and was able to negotiate a price for my tires.

They helped me patiently with a claim on my tire. The phone call for the claim took a while but they worked with me. Later they misplaced the phone number they were to fax the claim number and invoice to but this was an easy fix. My biggest complaint is the fact that they said (as did their website) that they had 4 tires in stock the day I visited and 0 of the tires in stock that I wanted on my appointment 2 days later. They had other tires for a higher price. Overall it was a decent experience.

They do not honor matching competitors prices and even when you call ahead to order tires when you get there they say they are out and try to get you to buy more expensive tires

They got in and out really quickly. They did ask about some parts I know I didn't need, but that's business. Once I told them no they left it alone.

I have been there quite a few times and everyone is nice and knowledgeable. They try to find you the best deal and get you in and out as quickly as possible.

I've been going there for about 20 years to buy new tires and to get flat tires fixed or replaced I don't even have to tell them that it's still under warranty. They just fix it or replace it free I've looked on line to try to find a better deal but it always leads me to discount tires.

They uphold their national tire warranty. Tire was flat. Brought it in. Replaced it free. My tire was about a year old with 10k miles on it

Top-Tier customer service. They've always been extremely helpful, and operate like your time is the most important time. Really appreciate the quality of care they gave my WRX. All the guys working on 11/9/2016 are absolutely awesome.
